Also within 10 min by walk there are cafes, restaurants and fitness center and within 5 min. by car is the thermalalpark Aquacity.

Two apartments, a modern bathroom, and a big living room with a fully equipped kitchen. The house is 150+years old - it is cozy, freshly reconstructed, and well-maintained & equipped. No TV, fast internet.
