Holiday rentals with lake access in Eagle County

We had a truly wonderful stay at Joe and Tasha’s place — and so did our dog! The house is spacious, comfortable, and perfectly equipped for a relaxing getaway. Everything was spotless when we arrived, and the kitchen had everything we needed and more. The location is incredibly convenient, with grocery stores, restaurants, and local spots all within walking distance. For those traveling with dogs (or simply those who enjoy a good walk), there’s a beautiful area with a lake just a short stroll away — absolutely lovely! The outdoor patio was one of our favorite spots, and we really appreciated the steam shower in the master bedroom, the hot tub, the barbecue, and the fire pit — truly top-notch amenities. Thank you, Joe and Tasha, for creating such a welcoming and comfortable space. We would love to come back!

Evolve was proactive in reaching out prior to our stay and emailing over recommendations within the area. I was surprised that the homes were so close together but the neighborhood was quiet and the view amazing! Inside we felt right at home, having all of the condiments and cooking supplies was great. Thank you!

Immaculate home. Everything was as described. Backyard furniture was not cleaned. But everything else was just perfect

The space was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and offered a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. Every detail, from the high-end furnishings to the thoughtful amenities, showed the host’s dedication to creating an unforgettable guest experience. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it a breeze to prepare meals when we chose to dine in. The bedrooms were spacious and featured plush, comfortable bedding, ensuring a restful night after a day of exploring. The large windows in the living room provided breathtaking views—perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The location couldn’t have been better, offering both convenience and a sense of privacy. It was close to everything we wanted to do, with great restaurants, shopping, and attractions just minutes away. Communication with the host was seamless. Adding this one to our favorites list.

Great spot close to Aspen. Clean and cozy space, great for 6 people. Gathering spaces for the group, and also spots for some privacy. Note that the room with the twin beds is attached to the room with the king bed, there is a doorway, but no door separating them. Really enjoyed our stay!

This was my third time staying here. Linda had such an amazing style and decor that make us feel like we are in a high end European home. We think it is perfect for our Aspen ski trips with just a short commute.

This unit is perfect. It has everything you could ever need. It's updated and extremely well kept. It's located within easy walking distance to free shuttles that take you anywhere in the valley. So, it's perfect any time of the year. There are also plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The hosts were there any time we needed anything, which we didn't need much. The Eagle River is in your back yard along with a view of Beaver Creek. Jason

We want to give a huge thank you to Amber for allowing us to stay at her condo! The stay couldn't have been any better! The condo itself is much larger than we anticipated with plenty of room for all of those in our party! The place was clean when we arrived. Additionally, Amber has done a great job of including board games, boot warmers, and other thoughtful items that made our stay extra comfortable. Since this condo is directly in Avon, there's plenty of things to do that are within walking distance! If you're here to ski, there's a shuttle that comes around frequently for pick-ups! As for Amber, she is an excellent host! She was incredibly friendly throughout all our discussions. Check in and check out instructions were thorough which made the entire process a breeze. Additionally, she was open to providing local suggestions of the area which could be very helpful if this is your first time in Avon! Overall, I'd highly recommend! Thanks again Amber!

We had a fantastic stay at Dain's condo in Avon. The condo was clean, comfortable, well-stocked and perfectly located for a ski weekend. The proximity to the gondola to Beaver Creek was fantastic. Getting around on the shuttles was a breeze. A bonus was how close the unit is to the hot tubs and heated pool. I would happily rebook Dain's place if we make our way back to Beaver Creek.

Great place centrally located, right next to the lake, park and rec center. Drew was a great host, and answered any and every question in a timely manner.

Excellent location and great little place! Basalt is a really cute town and a lovely place to stay close to Aspen. This place had everything we needed!

Great home base for skiing at BC and Vail - quick walk to the shuttle.

Amazing stay! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location. The host was incredibly responsive and made check-in a breeze. We loved the thoughtful touches throughout the space, from the well-stocked kitchen to the cozy living area. It truly felt like a home away from home. Can’t wait to book again!

Great stay, management was very communicative. Parking was very very limited. I purchase a parking pass for the lift house lot and couldn’t use it, had to park in the public lot. management quickly refunded my money.
