Waterfront holiday rentals in Eagle County

This unit is perfect. It has everything you could ever need. It's updated and extremely well kept. It's located within easy walking distance to free shuttles that take you anywhere in the valley. So, it's perfect any time of the year. There are also plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The hosts were there any time we needed anything, which we didn't need much. The Eagle River is in your back yard along with a view of Beaver Creek. Jason

This is a nice, easily accessible penthouse condo in a basic condo building. Nothing super fancy, but it has everything you need, including an easy "secret" route to the main village area that comes out just across from the Ski School - super helpful when trying to get little ones off to ski in the morning. "Ski out" is to the Elkhorn lift which leads to the Bachelor Gulch section of the resort - my favorite area! "Ski in" was easy and came directly off the blue/green route back from Bachelor Gulch.

Exactly as described and the place was very clean. Also love the proximity to historic basalt. Great dining options and being right on the river way quite relaxing.

Nice and comfortable , had all the amenities it says in the description , it was easy to get to and is close to several things by car . Greg was always very friendly and his response time was quick . In fact we forgot a cell phone and warned us that he had stayed there and gave us the contact of the house keeper so that he could send it to us . The beautiful surroundings I would come back for sure .

Excellent location and great little place! Basalt is a really cute town and a lovely place to stay close to Aspen. This place had everything we needed!

Wonderful home steps from the gondola and the Vail bus service

We absolutely loved our stay here! The hosts gave detailed instructions and were responsive to all communication. I appreciated that they provided plenty of fans to accommodate the space. The back patio was so peaceful & beautiful (and offers a natural sound machine for sleeping!) The kitchen was well equipped and there were plenty of towels/pillows/blankets. We would be happy to book here again!

Host was very responsive and helpful. Condo was clean, had plenty of dishes, and met expectations. The entrance is hard to find late at night in the snow, but trust the map. There are a couple flights of stairs to the bus stop, so factor that in to your time.

Absolutely loved our stay here!! The shuttle was a quick little walk down the street and only took 15 min to get to vail village bus lot. The house was very clean and spacious, and the river was so peaceful!

This was one of the best stays I’ve had. The house is located in perfect proximity to Vail Village and also a 45 min drive from Breckenridge for a day trip. The hosts have thought of everything. The space was clean, the backyard was beautiful and the kids absolutely loved running around the stream. Such a lovely stay, I would definitely stay here again on another trip to Vail

The kitchen was fully equipped, making it a breeze to prepare meals when we chose to dine in. The bedrooms were spacious and featured plush, comfortable bedding, ensuring a restful night after a day of exploring. The large windows in the living room provided breathtaking views—perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The location couldn’t have been better, offering both convenience and a sense of privacy. It was close to everything we wanted to do, with great restaurants, shopping, and attractions just minutes away. Communication with the host was seamless. Adding this one to our favorites list.

I will begin with the physical aspects of the Inn. Beautiful place, exactly as described in the posting, modern kitchen, amazing steam shower in master bath, and comfortable accommodations in all seven bedrooms to meet the family configuration we needed. Two living spaces, a workspace, eat-in kitchen, back porch as mudroom, two washer/dryer The location was perfect, we were 5-7 minutes to snowmobiling, 10-12 minutes to Ice Castle, and 20-25 minutes from skiing/snowboard, and other activities in Vail, Edwards, Eagle. Picturesque views, back and front yard, plenty of parking. Hosts provided sand and shovel for those days we had to deal with ice on the ground. Hosts were accommodating, responsive, and a joy to work with. Some FYI's, there is only one television in the Inn, however after the first night the kids and young adults didn't complain and it forced them to interact more with the family. Internet is slow, however you are on vacation, if you need high speed bring a hotspot.

We had an incredible time! What a beautiful location and the home was impeccably maintained. Loved the layout, bedding and the sheets were so comfortable! The home accommodated our family perfectly, and it was so easy to get in and out of. We absolutely loved everything about it. We will be returning in the summer. What a fabulous stay!

This property was perfect for our group! We had 6 adults (3 couples), everyone had there own bathroom which made it perfect. The home is peaceful with the river behind it and private as its an end unit. The common space were perfect, hot tub outside and grill were key! Its a 5 minute drive to BC parking and no more than 10 minutes to any of the restuarants we went to. The owners were great, responsive and went the extra mile a few times during out stay and afterwards (even willing to mail me back something I left). All in all this was a first rate expierence and I would definitely go back! Thank you

the house was comfortable, the surroundings were nice, and the common hot tub after skiing was great. the house had some minor glitches, but the space is well used and the sleeping space is very nice. I'd say, ideal for a family of four or two couples with a kid. the beds are; two queens and two twins (a couch and a bed under the couch)

Great location with Roaring Fork River mere feet from the bed and downtown Basalt only a 5 to 10 minute walk from the front door. Very responsive host and respectful neighbors. Parking at front door. Easy drive to Aspen and all the beautiful people and 30 dollah burgers. I’d stay here again for sure.

This condo is in amazing condition and a perfect location just steps from Avon lake. We visited in the summer. Air conditioning worked great. The kitchen was extremely well equipped with everything you could need. Appliances are high end. Highly recommend this spot and hosts were great with communication.
