Nice cozy place close to Eagle. I didn't use the kitchen but it appeared to have everything you need to make a meal. I would definitely stay again!

Paul was a great host and made us feel right at home. Ski storage, warm closet to dry gear, EXCELLENT bed, short walk to the bus stop, and ginger the friendly dog. Would certainly recommend to anyone visiting Vail

We had a wonderful stay at Susan’s place, she really thought of everything in terms of accommodations, many times going above and beyond. Comfortable bed and pillows, a short walk to the park and walking path, and their puppy that treated us in the backyard was the cherry on top. Would love to stay here again!

It was a great place. Erinn and Josh were super responsive and answered our questions. They have lots of great recs for food and hiking in Eagle which is nice too. Would stay again!

Lovely spot so close to Beaver Creek and about 10 minutes from Vail. As described, would stay here again. Very private despite being part of the owner’s home. Truly felt like we had our own space. Bathroom was particularly spacious!

Our family of three had a wonderful and relaxing stay in this cozy place, waking up to floor-to-ceiling view of the mountains. The place is a 10-minute very scenic riverside drive from Basalt town but it feels a world away. The unit has a mini-kitchenette, which served our purposes just fine. Katie and Kevin were extremely gracious and communicative hosts.

The space was tastefully decorated and looked even cuter than the pictures! We were impressed by how clean it was which made me comfortable enough to make myself at home. The price was very reasonable as well. The host made it clear how to access the property despite where Google will take you, so it caused no issue getting there. Overall a great stay, thank you!!

Perfect weekend getaway for my wife and I (plus our pup). Very close to the frying pan for fishing, close to town as well. The space was so cozy. we definitely plan on returning again soon.

We had a great stay! The place was very clean, just as described on the Airbnb listing. The view was beautiful, and the master bedroom had plenty of natural light, which made it feel bright and welcoming. Everything matched the description perfectly—highly recommended!

Lovely and clean accommodations that met my needs. I didn’t plan to spend much time in the area, but a nice bonus that it was a lovely neighborhood on a lake and walking trails that I can enjoy and walking distance to Whokefoods where I picked up my dinner.

The communication with the owner was awesome. Very responsive. A nice place with plenty of sleeping options for our group of riders.

Carlee was easily one of the most hospitable hosts I've had the pleasure of staying with. From the moment we booked, she was proactive in reaching out and tailoring our stay for a positive experience. The space itself was cozy, thoughtfully organized & decorated, and exceptionally well-stocked—especially impressive given the creativity taken to ensure everything felt as accommodating as possible with the space available. After traveling through a light snowstorm, it was a relief for us to arrive with thorough instructions to a pre-lit, warmly prepared home. She went out of her way to provide a thoughtful welcome basket and access to snow shoes, adding a personal touch and making the stay that much more special. The view from the living room was stunning enough--the view from the overlook was a pleasant bonus. Carlee and her family are as wholesome as they come--they take great pride in their property, and genuinely seem excited to be able to share it with others.

Chas and Charmayne were so kind, easily the most friendly hosts I’ve ever encountered. Homemade pumpkin bread, a set of cards made by Charmayne, basket of snacks, and the very flexible check in and check out they offered really set them apart. It is a nice space for a small group, with a well stocked kitchen, located a short walk from the shuttle to Vail. I will certainly look to stay here again.

Because we are in our 80's, Bob struggled with the outdoor steps. They are wider and the railing is stable. That was helpful. We would suggest bars in the bathroom. Windy goes above and beyond as a hostess. We had a good visit with family. We thank her for a comfortable living space while there. Bob and Jan Hanley

Had a great girls’ trip at Krista’s place. It’s comfortable and had everything we needed, and Krista was a wonderful host. 10 minutes to Vail Village straight down I70. Don’t hesitate to book this gem!
