Absolutely stunning place and location! Nel and Lorne were amazing hosts and nothing was too much trouble. They had thought of all the little things to make us feel welcome and it truly felt like we were staying with friends…like a home away from home. We arrived to the smell of fresh bread baking, and found a loaf baking in the bread oven. Nel had even left us a jar of her homemade raspberry jam, which was to die for! We fell asleep every night to the sound of the waves which was absolutely magical and so peaceful. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer! Would 100% recommend and would love to come back sometime!

We had a fabulous stay at this airbnb! We loved the stunning view and appreciated how sparkling clean the apartment was. It's an easy 20-25 mins walk to the CBD as well. Dean was very responsive and accommodating. Would highly recommend!

Vicki and Gary take absolutely amazing care of their place. It was very clean and cosy with plentiful amenities like a wide range of coffees and teas. The location has all you could need in walking distance and is very private and quiet, you will feel right at home. Vicki and Gary have put extreme care and thought into the studio including a booklet with a bunch of tips and intruction manuals for all the appliances in the studio which is a lifesaver and super appreciated! They are also very helpful and are always tending to the studio aswell as us as guests, they respect privacy and always ask before they clean around the studio. Everything about the studio is quality and it's rare for an airbnb to feel like the owners really stayed there themselves and made sure it's a home. Wonderful stay highly recommended, I miss staying there already!

Beautiful home and fantastic host! Super clean, elegant space with a very large kitchen, living space and incredibly comfortable bed. Scottie was extremely accommodating with both our 11pm check in and use of the spa under the stars. Always available to help, we felt right at home and loved feeding the sheep in the morning!

My partner and I had a lovely stay at Braithwaite! We travelled down to Hobart, for Dark Mofo, and the house was the perfect home base to unwind and refresh after day/night trips. The place was spotless and each space was prepared with care, to ensure we had everything we needed. We made great use of the outdoor bath, which was appreciated after a day on foot.

Such a beautiful place. Very comfortable, warm and relaxing. The views were amazing, the sunrises next level. Facilities were great. Beds very comfy. Gardens were so pretty. Kitchen easy to use. Lounge room and woodfire so warm and cosy. A lovely place to spend Mother's day weekend. Thank you

Deborah is an amazing host; communication was swift, helpful and kind! The house is clean, modern, functional and fun. The views are stunning and the beach access was fun for both younger guests and the adults, oh and our four legged friend. To be honest, I've never stayed in an airbnb that was so well equipped as this one. There were enough pots and pans, cutlery, utensils, cleaning products, toastie machine, condiments, cereals... the list was endless. It was amazing!! We had a wonderful stay. I booked Anna’s beautiful home as a gift for some family members to spend a weekend away at. Anna was so incredibly responsive and helpful, and was happy to liaise with me even though I would not physically be there (so I could pass all the information on to my family members). The space was beautifully styled, and we especially appreciated the Samsung Frame TV with its wide range of streaming options and the convenience of AirPlay for our own content. The location was great, with plenty of fantastic restaurants nearby, many of which were recommended in the hosts guidebook. A big thank you to the hosts for all the thoughtful touches, and for being so accommodating and responsive throughout our stay. We’d absolutely recommend staying here!

Ben and Tess were exceptional hosts—warm, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating. Communication was seamless, and they went above and beyond to make us feel at home. It’s the little things that really stood out: a pantry stocked with essentials like olive oil, a lovely selection of teas and coffee, and even fresh milk waiting in the fridge. These thoughtful touches made such a difference. The decor throughout the house was absolutely stunning—stylish yet cozy, with so much attention to detail. And the views? Absolutely breathtaking. The home is in the perfect spot, with scenery that you’ll remember long after your trip is over. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it!

We had a lovely stay at Peter’s Airbnb during Dark Mofo. The place is very spacious, clean, private and the view is incredible!! Peter is very friendly, responded quickly to any questions and ensured the place was nice and warm for our arrival. A very smooth checkin process. Thank you Peter, I would 100% book again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Chalet. We were welcomed with a basket full of snacks to enjoy during our stay and a well equipped kitchen including many supplies. Louella was very responsive and communication was always on point if we had any questions or concerns. The outdoor bath is a must on a property like this one as you can hear absolutely nothing while enjoying the amazing views.

We had a great time staying at Robert’s Condo. The location was great for walking everywhere. Close to good cafes and restaurants. Robert added some lovely unexpected little additions which made us feel right at home. Thank you! The condo itself is large and has modern amenities. We look forward to travelling back someday with our 1 year old son.

Such a fantastic spot! You couldn’t ask for a better spot to stay if you’re visiting Kingston, Hobart, or the Huon. I’m sure it would be a top tier location in summer, too - right by the beach. We’ll definitely be back!
