Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Earl's Court

Joanna's home is in a great location and she was a wonderful host. The property was exactly as shown in the photos and is relatively large by London standards - this is one of the benefits of being a bit further out the city center. Proximity to Richmond Park is a huge plus, particularly if you have a runner or cyclist in your family. Do note the travel time into central London is approximately 45-60 minutes, unless you happen to exactly time walking/bus/train schedules. On the plus side, you're a very short hop to Kew and other areas west of downtown, and a short Uber or Bolt ride to Heathrow. A couple of other HUGE positives - of the four rentals I've had in London, this was by far the quietest and most relaxed location. Restaurants/markets/etc. are all close by and accessible by bus if you're carrying groceries.

The apartment is very spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room to relax. Having two bathrooms was especially convenient for our group. The only downside is that the soundproofing could be better, as it's located along a street and traffic noise can be heard. Also, the windows can't be opened for ventilation, but since it's on the ground floor, it's understandable. Overall, a great stay and would recommend!

my friend and I stayed at Marina's place for 5 days. The location is so convenient for walking sites or using the underground. we loved the neighborhood. the place was just as described and would happily stay here again.

Caroline's home was well appointed and comfortable for our family of 3. Caroline left detailed instructions for the home and neighborhood and some essentials like coffee (thank you!), wine and chocolate for us to discover on arrival. The bedrooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable and the common space was also spacious enough for us to enjoy life similar to how we do at home. Being able to login to our own Netflix etc on her Smart TV was also appreciated by our son. :)

We enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for our family. Very well appointed and decorated. Super clean. Great location and an easy walk to train station. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. Thanks for a great stay!

We had a great stay in Sarah’s place. Its a quiet area and near to 2 tube stations, restaurants and grocery stores. Sarah provided us flowers and quality amenities around the house which was wonderful. The main room with bathroom ensuite is the biggest and my parents had wonderful time staying in the room. The place is smaller though than i imagine and a bit cramp for 6 adults. As we are travelling from overseas, brought 8 big luggages with us and staying for 11 nites, it was a bit struggle to store the bags as the 2 other rooms are small and cant put any bags in the room. Only beds and a small cabinets fit in the room. Overall, we had a good stay. Sarah was also responsive and quick response to our questions.

The place was very cozy in a very pleasant area. Pal was very communicative and attentive to my stay. Highly recommended!

This place was AWESOME. We stayed there for ten days with a toddler and it was perfect. The place is beautiful and was spotless. The kitchen was huge and had every amenity we could ask for. The bathrooms were beautifully done and extremely clean. The area around the flat is safe and easy to navigate close to two tube stations that are on main lines. Even with a small baby it as really easy to navigate. Although it is on a main road, the noise was not too bad and our three year old slept through the night. Keglin was amazing. She responded instantly to any questions we had and even called me to talk me through some details that made the process of check in seamless. There are lots of restaurants close by and we loved being able to walk through Kensington and being able yo walk to the museums. My wife commented how glad she was we stayed in this area as a family with a young child. If you are debating where to stay… book this place.

Shane’s Notting Hill home is beautifully designed, comfortable and functional. Four of us stayed a week here and enjoyed spending our downtime in these lovely spaces. The outside terrace is a pleasant bonus. There is so much thoughtful storage that our things were easy to keep organized and out of sight. The location is great for enjoying Notting Hill and although busy Portobello Road is steps away the flat is very peaceful. Two nearby tube stops give easy access to whereever in London you want to go. Next time we find our selves heading to London we will be certain to see if Shane’s home is available.

I had such a great stay at Terry’s place! He was an amazing host—super friendly, easy to communicate with, and made everything really smooth from the start. The apartment was perfect—clean, cozy, and had everything you’d need to feel right at home. I could definitely see myself staying here for a longer visit next time. 10/10 across the board. Would totally recommend and would happily stay again!

I booked as a base for a visit to the Chelsea flower shop for which it was excellently located. A lovely place - well appointed, tastefully decorated, clean, comfy bed and a great out door space.

By far one of the best stays I’ve had in London, from the amazing warm welcome from the host in person for check in, to actually spending time inside the apartment which was beautiful and spotless. Definitely enjoyed the view from the private balcony. Literally 3/4 minutes straight walk from the station which was sooooo convenient. More than worth the price for a stay in such a lovely,clean safe place. Highly highly recommend,absolutely will be booking again 💕💕

We had a very enjoyable stay at Natasha’s flat in London. It is a below ground level apartment but there were so many windows, and the decor was light and airy that it did not feel like a below ground level. There are even two outdoor spaces, one small one in front and a good sized one with lounge furniture in the back. The flat is very well equipped and a very comfortable place to stay. It is super clean and the washer/dryer combo was an added plus. The street was quiet and just a short walk to a shopping area with restaurants and stores. It is also a short walk to the Shepherd’s Bush Underground station and we were able to get all over London from there. Very convenient. We can not say enough good things about this place. We highly recommend it if you are visiting London. We hope to return.

We loved our stay in this very light and cheerful flat between Kensington High Street and Earls Court tube station. The location is ideal for public transport as well as shopping and walking in Holland Park. The amenities were first class. The host’s response was instant. The extra touch of flower pots made it very welcoming. We hope to return!

Really enjoyed the flat and made the weekend for myself and my girlfriend, really come together and it was a lovely place to stay. Thomas helped with whatever i needed and was really friendly.

This is a perfect place for a London holiday if you don’t want to be in the crush of a tourist area. The flat is spacious and uncluttered, quiet and comfortable. The neighborhood has pubs and restaurants galore with a mix of local and chain cafes and coffee shops all within an easy walk. Practically across the street from Kensington Gardens, it feels like a quiet neighborhood despite being minutes from West End theatres, shopping, tourist attractions, Portobello Road, and the banks of the Thames. We are a family of four with two teenagers and although the kids shared a bedroom, the flat did not feel cramped at all. The balcony/deck was a nice addition. The appliances and furnishings were in good shape. The entire flat was clean and thoughtfully prepared. We stayed over a weekend and there was virtually no building or road noise. We would gladly come back and highly recommend the flat.

Sharon’s place is adorable - a lovely English flat, outside of the hustle and bustle of London, in a residential neighborhood. My favorite part of her place is her back yard - it’s like a slice of garden heaven in the middle of town. A pond, beautiful flowers; it was lovely just sitting out in her yard taking in the sun (when it wasn’t raining ;)). Entertained daily by magpies and foxes. This flat is just for one person as there is only a twin bed, but her flat is roomy and the kitchen can’t be beat! Sharon was a great communicator and checked in to make sure I was doing okay and was always responsive if I needed anything. Great place to unwind after being on the road. Thank you, Sharon!

I really loved my stay here. A beautiful location, peaceful and private, but also closed to all of Hampstead Heath and the underground station. The apartment was extremely clean and exactly was described. The roof terrace was a bonus. I would definitely stay here again!! Dan was a perfect host.

Absolutely adored this building and view. It was nice to get some peace away from other tourists. The space itself was impeccable; it was spotless and uncluttered. Jamal thought of every detail. We used Uber boat to get around and we really enjoyed that. It was easy to find taxis as well. We would absolutely stay again. It was a wonderful stay!

The location is great for runs in the park and proximity to the tube station - 15 mins' walk. Otherwise on hot day a short Uber ride is all it takes. The accommodation is clean and well equipped. We had a really good and productive stay. Thank you Max.

A beautiful apartment in a quiet and central location. Great access to public transport and also very walkable. An excellent place to stay if you want a few more creature comforts than are usually offered at hotels, and still in an accessible location. Highly recommend.
