Holiday rentals with beach access in Earp, San Bernardino County

We have stayed at many of the condos within this location & I can say this one by far was one of the BEST!!! Location was great and condo was beautiful and clean, which for us is extremely important. We will absolutely be staying in this specific unit again!!

Erika's studio is the perfect place to stay in Parker! I thoroughly enjoyed my time here. The place was spotless and incredibly comfortable. I felt exceptionally safe and was provided everything I needed thanks to the spectacular host! Highly recommend this place, especially if you are traveling for work like me. Everything is close by (a quick drive) from groceries, to the lookout points, and the hospital. Thank you Erika for letting me stay and making my first trip to Parker such a positive experience!

This is our 2nd time staying here and we love it! Close to lots of restaurants and we especially love the cookies and water in the fridge upon arrival!

Great location right on the channel and just steps from the beach. Condo was clean and roomy and hosts were responsive when we had trouble with the keypad to unlock the front door. Walk to restaurants and the London Bridge, which you can see from the dining room table. Covered parking also a plus in AZ. We look forward to our next stay!

It is difficult to give only 5 stars. From my arrival, to the moment to leave, everything, absolutely everything was perfect. The apartment is great, clean, smelly, good vibes. 5 minutes to the beach and the London Bridge . I missed absolutely nothing and I almost didn't use my car, I did everything walking. What a pleasant place . But the highlight here goes to the host, Cory. Communication has been clear from the beginning. He did infinitely more than to rent the apartment, he helped me with absolutely everything, I can surely say that I would not have known even half the best places if it wasn't for him. Always smiling and enthusiastic, he made all the difference to my stay if noticed 20 of 10. I'll be back more often, I'm already excited for the next trip.

Em’s place was outstanding!! Gorgeous home! I could not have chose a better place for my family to stay on vacation! Comfortable beds, well stocked, great pool and hot tub! The stay at Kristi place was amazing! Cons: Resort office staff were rude and office closes at 4 (don't be late for check in). This is a trailer park resort with the spaces crammed on top of each other (not private). Front door was not obvious to find so it took me a minute to get inside. Place is small and the floors were slightly dirty. No ice maker which would be nice. Pros: Getting inside was easy once I found the front door. The location is absolutely gorgeous and you will definitely meet new people. The beach is right below the deck and you can carry kayaks up and down the stairs with relative ease. I felt comfortable leaving my kayaks on the beach as it's only accessible to resort guests. Beds were super comfortable. Appliances were very nice and newer models. Deck and view of the lake are AMAZING! The whole vibe is adorable and Kristi was SUPER responsive and offered to have her cleaners come for the floors. I loved this place and definitely will revisit another time!

We Love the home, The pool, and Jennifer was Very friendly, we booked a trip for June in 2025 in December of 2024. And I had asked a lot of questions, and she was fast to answer, the home was dog Friendly that was great for us because we have a puppy with a broken toe on the mend. I even loved the master bedroom. just a lovely home to stay at. We will be booking again. The Beechler Family.

My friends and I stayed here for a girls trip this past weekend. The place looked exactly as it does in photos! We had the most amazing time. It felt private enough that we weren’t bothering anyone while still being a 5 minute uber to the lake. It was a beautiful weekend and we enjoyed all the amenities the home had to offer. Maria’s spot is perfect for those who want to enjoy a great time at the river. The house is large and tons of beds. The AC works and keeps the house cool. TVs and WiFi worked the entire time and had no issues. The patio is wide enough for outdoor gatherings and there is a docking area that is clean and not splintered. One thing we liked about her spot is the neighbors were kind and kept to themselves. She had some cool neighbors as well! The app to unlock the door was simple to use and there was no issue with it. Maria was very responsive and whenever there was an issue or question, she responded almost immediately. I highly recommend this location to anyone who wants to enjoy the keys in Parker.

This trip consisted of myself, my wife, my late 60s Mom, and my two daughters. Mike’s house was nice and clean, and everybody was comfortable there, including my Mom who is quite the clean freak! The back yard and pool was great, the house was in a nice safe neighborhood, and close enough to the Lake, and activities. Would definitely stay again!

Bryant is a great host, proactive, responsive, and clear! The place was great, open floor plan plenty of room and provided a paddle board and a float! I would definitely recommend to anyone!

Martys place is great place right next to an area with plenty of bars and restaurants within a 5 minute walk. We really enjoyed the pool and how easy it was to check in.

The location was great! Right by the London bridge! Close to everything and great parking

Beautiful place - loved the ground level golf course "backyard," pool was spotless and a plus and the decor was dreamy, close to many things to do! During our stay, a child accidently put a small hole in the wall after doing a summersault toward it - we let her know immediately so we could initiate repair and she was very gracious and understanding that things happen. She was also responsive throughout the stay.
