Definitely one of the best locations to stay at Lake Havasu especially if you are bringing watercraft! It has its own little sandy beach which works great for beaching a boat or jet skis and leaving over night.

We had an amazing stay at Kristi’s beautiful home! The house was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The kids had an absolute blast in the heated pool and hot tub, and we all enjoyed the gorgeous views of the lake. The amenities were top-notch and made us feel right at home. Kristi was a fantastic host—super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely love to come back!

An Exceptional Stay! This Airbnb was the most beautiful and welcoming place we’ve ever stayed at. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. Everything was immaculate, thoughtfully designed, and equipped with every detail to make our stay absolutely fantastic. The interior was spotless and perfectly arranged, creating a cozy and serene atmosphere. The rooftop access offered breathtaking views, such a quiet and peaceful retreat! We spent 5 nights at this location and everything was great. The house is very nice, clean, and well furnished. The location was also very convenient and the neighborhood was very quiet. It was a very comfortable place to stay. We had a great stay with no complaints and would absolutely stay here again.

We have stayed at many of the condos within this location & I can say this one by far was one of the BEST!!! Location was great and condo was beautiful and clean, which for us is extremely important. We will absolutely be staying in this specific unit again!!

Absolutely loved our stay here—easily one of our favorite Airbnbs in Havasu (and we’ve stayed at quite a few!). The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed having our morning coffee on the balcony while watching the lake. The pool was a perfect way to cool off, and we really appreciated that the property is pet-friendly. The location was great, walking distance to restaurants and the London Bridge. We had a great time and would definitely stay again!

A great place to stay in Havasu, perfect location and right near everything. Very clean and tidy place, the inside is very pretty and looks like the photos listed. Rebekah and her husband were extremely helpful and great hosts. Overall it was perfect.

This is our 2nd time staying here and we love it! Close to lots of restaurants and we especially love the cookies and water in the fridge upon arrival!

It is difficult to give only 5 stars. From my arrival, to the moment to leave, everything, absolutely everything was perfect. The apartment is great, clean, smelly, good vibes. 5 minutes to the beach and the London Bridge . I missed absolutely nothing and I almost didn't use my car, I did everything walking. What a pleasant place . But the highlight here goes to the host, Cory. Communication has been clear from the beginning. He did infinitely more than to rent the apartment, he helped me with absolutely everything, I can surely say that I would not have known even half the best places if it wasn't for him. Always smiling and enthusiastic, he made all the difference to my stay if noticed 20 of 10. I'll be back more often, I'm already excited for the next trip.

We love this place so much! The layout of the condo is perfect with a bedroom and bath on each side of the living area. Practically sits on the beach. We have super easy access to restaurants and some beach shops. And a magical view! What more could you want?
