Holiday rentals with a fire pit in East Bay Township

Perfect location and a wonderful host! Far enough away from downtown for privacy, but close enough where it’s easy to get to everything (downtown Traverse City, Old Mission wineries, etc) also there’s a very nice walking path in the back, which is a great way to start the morning. Highly recommend!

Fantastic home! We loved everything about this place. Lots of space for our family of six. House was clean, stocked with lots of amenities. Linens, towels, board games, books, kitchen supplies.. We loved the beautiful view, deck, fire pit, dock, paddle board and kayak. Would definitely recommend and would love to come back!

We loved our stay at the Hoxie Homestead. The location was central to all of northern Michigan’s cute towns and beaches. The property was clean and well laid-out. Loved the decor, and the master bed was super comfy and soft. The hot tub and sauna were perfect. We would certainly stay again.

Nick’s space was perfect for our last minute girls trip! Close to everything, clean, and we all said the beds were super comfortable. I would definitely book this space again.

Where do I start… this was the perfect getaway for myself, my husband and our fur baby. The house was exactly as described and is placed in the most peaceful neighborhood - while also being minutes away from everything Traverse City has to offer! Ramy is the most wonderful host; answering all our questions and suggesting some great local spots as well. We felt immediately at ease and truly could enjoy our vacation thanks to Ramy and this perfect lil home. We hope to be back next time we visit Traverse City! ☺️

What's so cool about this place is how flexible it is. I could bring my friends here for an adult weekend and never run out of things to do, or I could bring my toddler here and (with a baby gate over the stairs) she'd be safe with tons to do. I have to echo what all the other reviews say: the place was spotless and super welcoming, peaceful and private, fantastic amenities all in perfect condition, with tons to do in the house and in the surrounding areas. The host was wonderful, proactive and helpful and friendly and engaged. Every inch of the place shows her thoughtfulness, from the tasteful decor to the light bulbs with hue tuned to each space. All in all: perfect. I can't wait to come back again and again.

What a beautiful cabin! Sometimes the pictures look nice and you get there and it is not like that, NOT HERE! So wonderful and very clean! I give this a 20 out of ten. The host is very nice and Accommodating. I would definitely stay here again, to be honest I didn’t want to leave because it was so peaceful and comfortable there.

The house worked great for what we needed! The hot tub does have a leak so we had to fill it up with water when we arrived and wait for it to warm up before using. Worked great after! House had everything we needed and conveniently located close to town. The road is a little busy and the road noise is quite loud, but not annoyingly loud. Zack was easy to work with and overall was great!

It was a beautiful setting. Attached to the winery but on the back side so we had privacy too.

Tim was such an amazing host!! So friendly, and even offered for us to stay a little late due to late flight. I will be using him again! Such a great host!

Great place

My husband and I had a great stay in this beautiful oasis! We enjoyed being out of the hustle and bustle of downtown Traverse City. Angela was great to communicate with and proactively addressed any needs we had. The unit was clean, the bed was comfortable and the view and beach were amazing!

My partner and I’s stay at Jeffrey and Holly’s suite was outstanding. The space felt incredibly homely, with cozy decor and thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. It was spotless and well-equipped with snacks, coffee, beach amenities, you name it - and we loved using their kayaks for exploring Silver Lake. They were friendly and provided smooth check-in instructions. The price for the area far beats any hotel we could have booked considering how comfortable, clean, and private the unit was. As other reviews said, mechanical noises and footsteps can be heard, but this did not bother us at all. We loved this unit so much, we will probably check the availability for our next trip to TC. This was hands down the best AirBNB we’ve ever stayed at. Highly recommend!

So fun for our family of 4. We enjoyed the lake and cozy accommodations. Can hear people walking and talking upstairs, which were used to and felt right at home. Thoughtful instructions made everything clear. All was spotless and clean. A real treasure!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in the penthouse. The views were incredible. The space was so clean and inviting. It was a great landing place at night while we explored northwest Michigans beautiful landscape. Definitely would recommend to others!

Lovely place in an amazing spot. The Art Park across the street, with beach access, is an incredible bonus. Photo ops of sunsets with big art is hard to beat. Kelsey offered great recommendations and was easy to contact throughout the stay. Will return!

My book club stayed here for the weekend and it was perfect! Everything was as described and it has a lovely view. The beach was easy to get to and we really enjoyed sitting in the backyard too. I still cannot get over how comfortable the beds were as well. It does get very bright in the loft area as the sun rises but it didn’t affect our weekend negatively just something for others to know. Overall, I would highly commend this spot!

Wow — this was maybe the best AirBnB experience that I’ve had. Monica has done such a wonderful job with this cabin. It was pristine, peaceful, and in the most beautiful location. The cabin itself was exceptionally comfortable with everything we needed for comfort. The kitchen was well stocked with essentials and cooking utensils, with a great grill outside — we used it for most meals! The porch was almost with the entire value of the place itself, a perfect spot to sit and relax and enjoy the day. My dog was in LOVE with her surroundings, and we enjoyed many a walk down the long grassy lawn to the water where she swam and laid out in the sun on the dock (plus was put into a kayak successfully for the first time with moderate success!). Monica was an incredible host who has quite literally thought of everything to make the stay perfect. We hope to stay again in the future!

It was a peaceful and quiet weekend

My wife and I came here for a couple days with our dog. The place was just what we were looking for to relax, unwind, and just enjoy a few days of peace to reset. Beautiful area, away from the distractions of life, and the campfire area was absolutely amazing. Our dog loved having a ton of space to roam and run. Amazing host and an amazing place!

If you're looking for a nice place within walking distance to downtown Bellaire, this is it. I would stay again in the future.

Beth is such a gracious hostess! We have stayed at several vacations homes, and Beth was by far the most thoughtful. The home had pretty much everything you’d need and a few extra nice touches. The home is located in a very private and peaceful area. A great place for a family vacation or a retreat. Thank you!!
