A chocolate-box thatched cottage, set on the babbling Budleigh brook. This pretty mid-terraced house is a half hour walk through a beautiful nature reserve to Budleigh Salterton, with its beach, the coast path and amenities. East Budleigh is a wonderful village, with a great community-run pub, a church, a shop and adjoining boules court and playpark. The cottage has two bedrooms -the double (with shower room) and a single. The sitting room, well equipped kitchen and bathroom are downstairs.

Country House on a Farm

Converted barn in 100 acres of land. A home from home crammed with books, games and toys. Easily accommodates at least 10 people comfortably. The garden, pond, woods and parking areas are all exclusively yours for the stay. We live up the lane from the barn. So you have privacy. We have chickens, ducks, Sheep and pigs on the farm. 5 mins drive from J28 of the M5. 20mins from Exeter centre. Not near any good beaches so don't choose us for a beach holiday. There is no spa or hot tub.

Boathouse - Budleigh Salterton

This is a small annex which is set away from the host’s main house. The annex has recently been refurbished to a high standard to ensure a comfortable stay. The annex has an attached bathroom with hot shower, toilet and sink. This has also recently been revamped. Please note that there is not a kitchen area, but there are some nice restaurants and takeaways not far away which I can direct you to. There is tea/coffee making facilities provided.
