The Wallace House is a lovingly restored farmhouse that now offers guest stays as part of Saint Paul Farms properties. Adjacent to the farmhouse are orchards, a cidery, a vineyard and tasting room. Originally built in the 1800's, the Wallace house was completely renovated in 2019 to preserve historical integrity while offering modern amenities and conveniences. Approx 1,000 sq ft 1920's cottage completely remodeled with the 20's feel still present with the original hardwood flooring, doors and trim. The bedrooms are smaller because of this fact but it doesn't lack in character! Circle drive around back of cottage with plenty of parking as well as private back yard. Close to everything that historic Hendersonville and Flat Rock has to offer!

Located in a quiet wooded neighborhood, the Byrd Box is a mile from our quaint downtown with shops, restaurants, and local pubs; a 20 minute drive from hiking trails, waterfalls, and apple orchards; and a short hour from the ski slopes! Come relax on our porch swing and enjoy the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains. *Please note that our home is accessed via a short set of stairs.
