Amazing experience at this airbnb, would definitely book again! Hosts were super friendly, accommodating and always responded quickly. Location is great: train is super accessible, just a 5-10 min walk; the laundromat and grocery store were less than 5 min walk. Because of where in Brooklyn the airbnb was at, it allowed me to explore more of the other boroughs than just Manhattan which I really enjoyed. The place itself was pretty spacious for NYC; as someone who works remotely, it was plenty of space for both work and play. Natural lighting was excellent even though the place was below ground level. One thing to note- since you are ground level, you can hear movement upstairs and to be careful with food handling as it’s easier to attract bugs.

We had a great stay! Ken and Julia were so kind and helpful. The rental was exactly as described, the skylights really make the space. All of the basics were available, there were plates, cutlery, tea selection, and a really amazing electric kettle that my mom and I are both purchasing after our trip! The area is nice, safe and easy walk to the subway station. I definitely recommend this rental to others visiting Brooklyn.

The stay was private, comfortable, and the little heater made the room very cozy, with a very comfortable bed. Plenty of access to the clean kitchen. Andrey was very helpful, patient and respectful. Would happily recommend.
