Monthly Rentals in East Genoa

Amy & Valerie are both very gracious & genuine! I felt totally at home with them & their 2 sweet little dogs. The views from their house, in all directions, are bucolic, peaceful, and relaxing. The accommodations within are very comfortable. Amy makes wonderful fresh coffee for each guest - which, for me at least, gets the day off to a great start! I felt so welcome and so comfortable there, I will definitely plan to stay with Amy and Valerie again, when I return to Ithaca.

Great place to stay whether it be long term or short-term. The host was super nice and proactive and making sure I was always aware of what was going on and would go above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and was always willing to answer any questions I had. Definitely would recommend this place for anyone looking to be close to Ithica proper while also enjoying the peacefulness of the countryside.

Easily now one of our favorite places to stay! Absolutely spotless and in a peaceful locale (we even saw a woodpecker!) Drivable to both Seneca and Cayuga and to Ithaca. Major kudos to Diane and Glen for not only creating a charming and welcoming space with so much thought and care, but ALSO for making it affordable! I have had some terrible, terrible experiences with AirBnB hosts cancelling my reservations to gauge me for more money when they realize it's commencement for one of the colleges, even if that's not remotely the reason for our visit. Finding this listing was fate! I will definitely try to book again in the future. And hopefully the weather will be nicer!

This place is in the middle of nowhere — but a short drive to somewhere! There’s a store easy walking distance away. Otherwise, you are in the middle of farm country. Just what I was looking for! From the outside, the house isn’t much to see. My children were even a little apprehensive. But nice inside, it is bright and modern and clean. I highly recommend it!
