Holiday rentals with a patio in East Hampshire

Fantastic stay for a long weekend with my wife! The location was perfect for exploring the town, and the exclusive development added a touch of luxury. The apartment was spotless and well-maintained, with a great view of the river from the balcony - The seating and table was very comfortable. The one-bedroom layout worked well for us, with spacious rooms and a hall. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. A big plus was the convenient car parking, just a stone's throw from the lift. One tip for future guests: make sure to pick up the garage key fob from the apartment before unloading your car! Overall, we were very comfortable here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

Very beautiful and cozy home. The place was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay there. This place is also in a great location and has great access to shops nearby.

Lovely studio walking distance to river, coffee shops, local supermarkets. Lovely green to sit and have a drink. Station within 5 minutes walk to London or Windsor (which is 5 minutes on train) easier than parking. 15 minutes to Heathrow. Immaculate and clean

Great private location, fast WiFi (important as we were working) and a clean apartment! Check in was super easy and Sophie was very clear with instructions on how to find the place and how to check in/out. View of the fields/horses from the back were the highlight and hearing the birds in the morning!

We had the most amazing stay! We were made to feel really welcome, communication was quick and easy and the space itself is so gorgeous with incredible views! Highly recommend staying here, we would definitely come back. There were lovely touches to make us feel comfortable - the apple juice was delicious! Thanks so much for everything!

Sam is a great host, really helpful and responsive. Sam’s place is super convenient for walking into town, local bus routes and main line train. Sams place is roomy, has everything you need and is very comfortable, I would highly recommend staying.

Susan’s place is so lovely and cozy and has a great view. My husband, who is from the UK, and I traveled to Findon for a wedding and this was the perfect place. Susan was very accommodating and responsive. We’ll definitely be back!

Stayed here last weekend for a family birthday. We could not have chosen a more perfect location or property. The amenities were perfect for a leisurely get away, loads of space inside & out. Exactly as described in the advert or reviews. All communication made for an easy arrival/check in/out and a very generous welcome hamper We were extremely lucky with the weather and sat the first evening eating & drinking outside watching red kites, hawks and the finale being a barn owl feeding in the next door field. What a treat to watch. The hot tub and electric BBQ made for an easy and fun evening. We did not explore as much as we would have liked but it was the perfect location for our weekend at Goodwood just 15 mins away. I cannot recommend highly enough if anyone needs a large space to entertain or just enjoy. I will definitely return to explore the wonderful attractions and scenery on another occasion. Everything was nice and clean and as expected

A great stay, house was perfect for our needs. Plenty of room, a garden area to chill or the lounge area with sky sports. Tam was very helpful. We would stay here again.

lovely stay at Nigel's House. 15 minute walk to town centre lots of restaurant choices and cafes. Perfect location for our visit (Petersfield Jazz Festival). Clean and comfortable House, lovely garden, responsive host. Would definitely stay again.

I had a wonderful weekend at the secret garden. The annexe is exactly as described and was so comfortable, well stocked and homely, not to mention very dog friendly! I absolutely loved it, and would definitely book again!

This was the perfect short break in a cracking location. My teenage daughter and I did some lovely walks, sat at the windmill at sunset, sketched at the ruined Abbey, went to Chichester for lunch via bus. Everything was just so easy and the house was impeccably clean, with beautiful quality furnishings and a really welcoming feel to it. We loved it. Thank you!

We booked Pete's place for 8 days and enjoyed our stay there. Set amid great countryside the place is just nice for 2. Probably my only complaint is that due to the trees around the property it can be a bit dark, but that said I would highly recommend it. Thanks Pete for always being helpful and at the same time leaving us alone.

A wonderful stay in Johan’s beautiful house and garden. A peaceful area with beautiful views. Lots of space to relax in and very well equipped house for all your needs :) We had a couple of queries which Johan was very quick to respond to.

The 'nest' was an idyllic getaway for us and our young dog, with plenty of walks from the doorstep and just a short drive to the seaside. Nestled in a beautifully quiet part of the world filled only with the sounds of nature. We loved our time there and would highly recommend a stay with C&C.

We agreed with all the previous reviews, and would like to add, Elmer is a great place to visit, and the proximity to the beach is fabulous. Robs information was second to none!! The walks were breath taking. Our special visit was Arundel, the castle, gardens, and town were amazing. Ok, now for our one grump, the fridge is a bit small!!! i know, ridiculous but we didn't know whether to put the wine or the milk in the door, so had to drink the wine, and put the milk in the fridge....sorted. By the way, the welcome basket was very much appreciated.

This is a wonderfully, fabulous gem of a place! Very rarely do I give full-5-star reviews, across every category, but this AirBnB scored 5 stars all the way! It's a wonderfully quiet, very beautiful location, surrounded by exotic and lush vegetation. It is spotlessly clean, excellent facilities -all you need for showers etc and lots of lovey teas, coffees and basics for breakfast, with wonderful cooking facilities, if one was so inclined! There are lovely shampoos, lotions etc, in the bathroom, games to play, excellent local amenity directories, that Vikki has collated, - and lovely views of the Sea. What a joy. Thank you. Pippa

Perfect base for the weekend. Accommodation was cosy, spotlessly clean and peaceful. It had everything I needed for the weekend. Dave and Katherine were really responsive to messages and friendly. And sent local information ahead of my stay. The hiking / run routes in the welcome pack meant I could get out exploring from the front door. Highly recommend staying here.

We had a lovely stay at Kate’s flat which is beautifully furnished . She provided us with several groceries and treats on our arrival. We had many chats and met her adorable dog, Ginny. I was able to get my pup fix daily. Thank you for your support and kindness during my daughter’s recovery.

Nice and clean, easy access from the back if you want to avoid the steps, roomy, modern and well catered.

Fionas place was a wonderful find. Perfect for a couple, roomy and in a perfect location. On street, unrestricted parking. Will certainly be back.

That was lovely accommodation. I just was feeling like I was at home. The place was nice clean and comfortable. I highly recommend to any one who is looking nice and quiet accommodation in Southampton.
