Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Midt i Nationalpark Mols Bjerge med adgang til et utal af vandreture, lige uden for døren. Huset er placeret på en dejlig stor grund med plads til havespil og bag huset er en skråning med store bøgetræer. Sommerhuset ligger 2,5 km fra den meget børnevenlige Femmøller Strand, og der er sti hele vejen. Stien fortsætter til den fantastiske købstad Ebeltoft med gode handelsmuligheder og eventyrlige brostensbelagte gader. 45 min fra huset ligger Aarhus og mange kulturelle oplevelser.

Located only 11 km from atmospheric Ebeltoft, where you'll find shopping and pedestrian street with lots of shops. Many excursion options close by - Ree Park Safari (5 km), Skandinavisk Dyrepark (10 km), Djurs Sommerland (24 km), Kattegatcentret (24 km), århus city & Tivoli Friheden (49 km). Non-smoking house, 1 dog allowed.

Small cozy charming and authentic cottage from the 30s. 200 m to the beach, good hiking and cycling opportunities in the nearby area, public transport right to the door, lovely garden with many pretzel nooks, barbecue, fire, hammocks. The house is not modernized and is original and charming. Among other things, the toilet is located outside the house in the shed and bath takes place as a floor sink or with outdoor shower. Unique beach summerhouse with panoramic views

Architect-designed summerhouse from 2019 directly on the beach. It has peace and quiet and a great view of the water where you can keep up with the changes of nature throughout the day. Our modern summerhouse is situated at Oroe in Isefjorden. The house lies on a 'hilly' plot owerlooking Isefjorden almost at the end of a gravel road. From the beach you can fish and swim.
