The house is located by itself on the beach, and here is idyllic, peace and quiet. The cottage is located in the middle of nature, and you will wake up to the sound of waves and wildlife close by. The house is located in scenic surroundings on a closed road and therefore there is peace and quiet. In the winter months, there is a view of the sea, which is 400 meters from the house. There are great nature trails along the coast and in the woods. The house is located by the Mols Bjerge Nature Park and close to Rønde town with good shopping and dining options. The house is situated high on the property with a stunningly beautiful view of the changing seasons in Mols Bjerge. The colors and light of autumn are on the way, and the house and the area are especially beautiful here. There is a large kitchen/living room and living room with wood-burning stove, bathroom and three nice rooms with bunk or double beds. There is a large terrace to the south and west around the house.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. Large, lovely outdoor spa for those who need relaxation. Lounge furniture on the terrace with a really cozy outdoor fireplace in the corner of the terrace. After a walk by the beach, which is 300 meters away, it's nice to light the wood-burning stove in the living room and relax on the big soft sofa. There's a swing set at the bottom of the garden. A fire pit is also in the garden. Covered entrance. And a covered terrace where there is a gas grill, and a kettle grill for charcoal.

The trail continues to the amazing market town of Ebeltoft with good shopping opportunities and adventurous cobblestone streets. 45 minutes from the house is Aarhus and many cultural experiences.
