There are several different beaches that can be easily reached either on foot, by bike or by car. The house has been recently renovated and has a wood-burning stove in the living room as well as a fireplace and barbecue in the garden. The sun can be enjoyed from several wooden terraces with plenty of shelter.

On starry nights, you can experience the starry sky from the bed through the studio windows in the roof. During the day, you can enjoy the special light that the location close to the sea and fjord casts over the landscape. On the ridge behind the house, there is the finest view of the Limfjord and the countryside behind. It is not far to the fjord, where there are good swimming conditions and the trip there is really beautiful.

It is 200 meters to the bus stop, from where the bus goes to Aarhus C. The nature around the house offers both cozy forest and 600 meters from the house is a really nice beach. Kaløvig Boatsport is less than one km from the house. In the house there is dining and sleeping space for 4 people.
