The house is located in scenic surroundings on a closed road and therefore there is peace and quiet. In the winter months, there is a view of the sea, which is 400 meters from the house. There are great nature trails along the coast and in the woods. The house is located by the Mols Bjerge Nature Park and close to Rønde town with good shopping and dining options. It is about 25 km to Aarhus and about 20 km to Ebeltoft. The house has 3 bedrooms. There is a kitchen and living room with a wood-burning stove. There are two terraces with sun and good shelter. Newly renovated large and bright room on 1st floor with fantastic views (and with the possibility of 2 extra beds in addition to double bed) and newly renovated smaller room with vaulted ceilings on the ground floor - also with nice views and double bed. There is also a large living room with the possibility of "cinema" cosiness with a large screen, a game of foosball or just pure relaxation with a good book.
