Loft holiday rentals in East Kootenay

The place was beautiful and was very creatively designed- especially the furniture. May was great and provided us with detailed information/instructions about everything we could think of.

It was an amazing stay. Amenities provided were fantastic. In the house, we had stuff which we anticipated about and also yhe ones which we did not anticipate but needed anyways during our stay. It was just like a home. Thanks for that. Location is perfect for the weather where maximum temp is 15 degree centigrade or lesser. And it was the case for us. Although the condo has a portable fan and a portable room AC, however the stay can be improved if fitted with window ACs for both the rooms for future. One great thing about the owner. I can say that because I have read all the reviews specially the weak ones before booking. When I arrived at the place, I was very impressed to see that Chris has taken care of all the bad reviews and fixed them, so I thought to mention the possibilities to improving the cooling of the condo as summers can get much hotter. Thanks.

Sam's condo was amazing! He always replied in a timely manner which made communication super easy. The condo itself comfortably accommodated 6 guests with space to spare. The neighborhood was nice, quiet, and conveniently located to the c-train. I will definitely recommend to friends and family and would stay here again!! Thanks so much Sam!

Perfect location for easy 8 minute walk to town center. Great to find grocery stores right nearby (big help with small children who constantly need stacks and things). Being on the top floor was great for mountain views, sunrises, and quiet inside the condo. Instructions provided ahead of time were clear and thoughtful for needs. Only surprise was no clothes washing in the condo building. Not sure if I overlooked that in description, but we just brought extra clothes before we left. We would highly recommend, especially if traveling with two families.

We really enjoy the space. We love the location as it was in an area with plenty of stores. May was extremely responsive and helpful. We'll return for sure.

Just as it was advertised- from check in to check out we had a great stay. Would highly recommend! Hot tub was a big bonus. Comfy beds and lots of coffee also! Thanks Ning!

The loft was exactly as advertised. It was very clean, tidy, comfortable with an amazing view of the mountains from the balcony. The unit came with loads of towels, laundry, dish soap, body wash etc. The pool and hot tubs were amazing with tons of room and space for many people to enjoy. The loft is located in a perfect location, steps aways from the town centre and in a very peaceful area. The check in and out was very easy. Lots of parking as well both indoor and outdoor. 10/10 will be booking again.

This place was an absolute dream. It was so spacious, the kitchen was beautiful and the twinkle lights on the outdoor space was just so vibey. This really didn’t feel like an airbnb as it just felt so home-y. Would definitely recommend and return. Thanks for such a wonderful stay Grayden :)

Very nice place, is perfect for an inner city visit. Some folks have commented about the noise, but it is in the city. Typical noise. Did not bother me in the slightest. Even slept with one window open. Has a mini AC and fans if it gets hot. Fireplace if it’s cold. It is as advertised. Will return if it’s available next time.

The location was very quiet and peaceful. The loft is very bright and clean. We were given a few suggestions for restaurants and they were fabulous. We enjoyed the cookies and amenities. Thanks again, we enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again.

This is an amazing place-great space, clean, and awesome central location in the heart of downtown Fernie. We can't wait to come back, and don't miss Rooftop coffee, its literally right next door.

This is my second stay this year in Andy’s loft. I enjoy the location and the loft is very well appointed. Great hosts, clean and comfortable apartment.

Great location for my friends and I for a weekend in Panorama! Could not have asked for a better place, easy access to the hill and perfect size! Host Tom was easy to contact when we needed him! Would definitely recommend.
