Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in East Lansing

Samatha was kind and accommodating for us as we came to town for a family wedding. Her response time was super quick when i had a question. The house was clean, spacious, and felt like home. We loved the little homey touches. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was large and worked perfectly for our group. It was stocked with all the essentials. Ice maker in the freezer was a bonus. The living room furniture was comfortable. Being there multiple days, the laundry and dryer came in handy. We were inpressed with even after each of us showering there was still hot water. 1.5 bathrooms worked fine for our group. We loved having the trader joes soaps available. Although we didn't have much down time to take advange of all offered, there was a nice variety of books, a few cook books, lots of games, swing outside, free streaming services on the tv. Some of the family really enjoyed the walking trail near by. You felt like we were in the country but only a few minutes from town. Loved it!

Very modern and spacious. Shops and restaurants were within walking distance. The apartment provided everything we needed and was very comfortable.

This is our second time staying at this place. We returned because we had a very pleasant stay last time. Needless to say, our stay this time was very pleasant and peaceful as well. The host, Caitlyn, is also super responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone who would like to live a 10 min drive away from East Lansing!!

Li's place was awesome! The apartment was very clean, updated, and comfy. When I had a question Li responded very quickly and with a practical and helpful answer. The apartment was beautiful, it must've been updated recently. A lot of restaurants and shopping were just a couple miles away. If I am in East Lansing again I will definitely stay in Li's place!

We absolutely loved staying here! When driving up, we were a tiny bit worried as it looked a little concerning, but the apartment was beautiful and suited us perfectly for our family of 5. We also had great communication with Anna and she was super kind and friendly! If we are ever back in Lansing, we will stay here again for sure!

I would recommend this listing to those visiting the Greater Lansing/MSU area. It is a short drive from MSU's campus and nearby downtown Lansing. There is a lot to do in the area. You have the first floor apartment of a two-floor home. The floors are separate and lock/secure from each other. The space was clean and amenities were as described. Teresa was proactively communicative about the reservation and very responsive throughout our stay. I would stay here again!

We visited Lansing from Orlando for a funeral, to make sure my friend and her son was comfortable, we researched the Airbnb site and came across the two coaches on the listing, it looked as it stated "cozy". We took a chance because pictures aren't always what they seemed, and was happy to see when we arrived that it was exactly how the site depicted. Not only was it cozy, our flight was cancelled on the day of check out. We called soon as we learned when the flight was booked two days later and Brandi help us rebook the same cozy spot for two more days. This was definitely an experience our family would do again, and look forward to renting with you again. Thank you for giving us a cozy shelter and making this an experience to remember.

This place offers a lot for a good value. The back yard is awesome! There is a very nice fire pit and a few chairs to relax in. Hosts were very responsive and gave clear check in and check out instructions. Definitely recommend staying here.

The host was thoughful and stocked the fridge and pantry with applies, snacks, evey some milk. The convenience of washer and drier next to fridge was appreciated--newish machines, not from the 70s. Plenty of plates, pans, bowls--encouraged us to eat in. Small but cute balcony, great for mornings and sunset. Nice old tile in bathroom (but faucet is modern), lots of towels, can take a bath. The bedroom is larger than the picture shows--it includes a couch and a working table. So, you can use a laptop there or you can be at the kitchen table where two people have room for laptops. Lots of drawers and a closet with lots of hangers. This 3-room mini-house occupying the second floor of a beautiful old house that is central to a great neighborhood and not far from the capitol (and history museum--I will be going back). My wife is a little concerned about hauling luggage up the wooden stairway, I carry it for her, but we aging people need to match lodgings with our comforts.

We had a lovely stay! It was such a cute cottage with a back patio and enough room for our group of five adults.

My guests were very comfortable. This is a hidden gem in Owosso.

Our stay with Eric and Kimberly was possibly my best Airbnb experience ever! Not only was the property itself spotless, safe, and comfortable, but Eric and Kimberly went above and beyond to make the stay exceptional! They were extremely responsive and flexible in their communication, and they also had snacks, waters, and a lovely graduation gift and card for me upon arrival! I can honestly recommend this listing for anyone looking for a great place to stay in Lansing--it is conveniently located near downtown and the MSU campus, but far enough that you avoid the congestion and craziness, especially of campus. Great for families and, although we were all adults, it looks like Eric and Kimberly had everything set up to make the stay comfortable for kids, too! I would happily stay here again. Highly recommend! Such a lovely little place, nestled in a quiet neighborhood on Lansing’s east side. Short drive to MSU. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Great amenities all around. Kitchen was well stocked. In unit laundry was quite convenient. Kevan was a fantastic host, and I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The house was adorable and a perfect place to stay for a wedding. Lots of little extras that made us feel at home.

Gretchen's place was awesome! She had everything we need and more for a relaxing stay. I always judge a place by bedding and towels...she spent the extra money and it makes a big difference! We used the rental as a meeting place when we were all in town for our mother's funeral. We could have used a few more outdoor chairs but that's it. We will stay here again. Thank you Gretchen!

Spacious one bedroom condo. Nice bathrooms, good water pressure. Great location- walkable grocery/market and coffee shop below. Cute downtown restaurants. View of stadium and capitol building. It was the perfect location for our visit to MSU- less than 10 minutes to campus.

Michelle place was wonderful! The place had the historic home feel and the beds were comfortable. Beautiful area of town just a short walk to downtown, park, and river. Really close to the hospital if you're staying in town to visit a loved one. Highly recommend Michelle's Place!
