This house was built in 1840, making it a historic gem, right in the heart of downtown Niantic. The house has modern amenities coupled with original hardwood floors and exposed beams throughout. It is spacious, with plenty of room to spread out both indoors and out. The yard is fully fenced in with a 6ft privacy fence and latching gates. In the summer, special perks include a vegetable garden that guests can enjoy, as well as an outdoor shower to rinse off after a beach day!
