We loved staying at this home - it was the perfect place for our group of ten. The outdoor space was definitely the highlight, with the pool & spa being our favorite part of the trip. The only thing to note is that we weren’t supplied quite enough toilet paper or paper towels, though I did not reach out for more - It was the last evening when we ran out and we were leaving early the next morning. The trash requirements were a surprise after booking, but going to the transfer station was easy enough, and it is listed on the house rules. Overall, an excellent stay and would absolutely return!

We loved the home and yard. Beautiful is the best description with so many seating options. The house is bright and inviting. The hosts have done a great job decorating and providing so many amenities not even listed. I would recommend this beautiful home to anyone wanting a place to relax and enjoy what is there.

Ashton’s house a very comfortable and extremely clean home. It is spacious, allowed tremendous privacy and met our needs perfectly for an amazing family vacation. Everything was just as explained with no surprises. Great stay and a very accommodating host.

Beautiful home, very clean, spacious and comfortable to stay with the family. We used the grill on multiple occasions and it was easy to use. The fire pitt was also enjoyable. The kitchen was well stocked, would bring own source of caffeine if you’re picky with your coffee though. Stephen, the host was very responsive and easy to reach when asked questions. The one thing I would recommend is to check in with the host if the pool is available to use prior to booking. Overall a great experience, would stay with them again.

A great place for family and friends. Very roomy, open kitchen to living comfort with many places to sit and socialize while preparing meals. Nicely decorated and very comfortable accommodating furniture. All the amenities. Every bedroom a king size bed with some rooms offering even more sleeping spaces. The pool pristine, perfect temperature and seating for those chatting on the sidelines while others swam. A simple walk downtown. In many cases the walk downtown was quicker than the ride downtown. My family truly enjoyed this vacation. My grand daughter (4) loved the home. Everyone was comfortable and had a great time.. Jason friendly and available before, during and at close. I highly recommend this gem in Mystic, Connecticut.

Had booked a girls getaway at Tracy and Patrick’s place and it was perfect, even with gloomy weather! The house perfectly matches all pictures and descriptions and has everything you’ll need and more for the perfect relaxing and fun getaway! We even got a cute surprise visit from their furry friends which is always loved!! There are also shops and beaches a short drive away, we just didn’t happen to go visit because we were enjoying our cozy time at the home. Thank you again Tracy and Patrick:) we would totally recommend and want to come back!

We had the most beautiful weekend stay at Tim’s home! Everything is accurately described and the pool and hot tub were amazing!! All the beds were very comfortable. Was perfect for a 5 girl weekend getaway!! Tim was incredibly communicative and checking in was a breeze. The location is PERFECT in East Hampton!! So many amazing restaurants and bars nearby. 100% will stay here again for my next Hamptons trip. Thank you so much Tim!!

This is a beautiful farmhouse setting with gorgeous gardens, chickens, a nice screened in private porch, and a very friendly and adorable kitty. Jessica was a great host and provided some delicious homemade yogurt with milk and fruit, and plenty of coffee and tea. We brought our dog and he was comfortable there, we had plenty of space to walk him around.

Jim’s place was great, with plenty to see in the area. We ended up spending most of the time enjoying the little beach and kayaks. Very cute house with plenty of room and we’ll stocked kitchen. The grill made for a perfect Labor Day cookout looking out at the water. Would stay again.

This was one of the best experiences wirh an Airbnb we have ever had. The house was so clean and very well appointed. With a variety of tea and coffee, baggies and foil and even an air fryer! We had 8 guests and there was plenty of room for all of us. The private beach is a gem. A nice little stretch with plenty of room. Rosemary was prompt and pleasant when responding to questions.

Joe made an extra effort telling us home would be available earlier than quoted check in time. Very much appreciate this flexibility. Great neighborhood, wonderful walk to the beach. Was exactly what we needed as a home base for three days of bike rides. Wonderful area.

This beautiful home was a perfect vacation place for my family. The location was great for beach access as well as being in a quiet, serene location. We had access to local restaurants and sites as well. The home itself was beautiful, with all the amenities you could ask for.

Amanda & David were great Host , super responsive and helpful. The home was the perfect stay for our Memorial Day weekend. Cozy yet spacious. Peaceful neighborhood. Beautiful backyard ! Niantic Boardwalk just a walk away. 20 mins away from all the Mystic activities , Walmart a little over 10 mins away for any last minute needs. We will definitely recommend and stay again!

Cozy little place in a quaint little neighborhood. It was clean and comfortable, and Brian accommodated our request to provide a pack n play for my 5 month old! Overall we had a great stay.

This beautifully appointed beach house was the perfect place for our family to spend time together under one roof. Clean linens and towels and a kitchen with clean dishes, pots, and pans made us feel at home. There was plenty of room for everyone and being three houses from the beach was so convenient with two small children.

Todd is friendly and helpful and his home is private, quiet, clean, and comfortable. A great place to stay for access to the Niantic area. Easy.

The perfect place in the perfect location. Looked just like-if not better than- the photos. Plenty of room for my family and I. Cute and safe neighborhood to walk in, close to a lot of restaurants and the beach! Anything you need is available to you in and outside of this lovely home! Next time we’re in the area we’ll be sure to book again.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Danita's home. The home was clean, beautifully furnished, and welcoming. Danita responded to each of our inquiries in a timely fashion. I highly recommend this airbnb.

This place was great! My party and I had an amazing stay. The house was very clean and looked like the pictures. The beds were very comfortable as well. Cathy was very communicative and answered all my questions.

This was such a cozy and inviting space. I was so impressed by the little touches literally everywhere I looked. It made it feel so much like a home and instantly made us feel comfortable. I cannot say enough about the amenities. We brought a few things from home but we really didn’t need to. This place has everything you could think of then some- especially with regard to outdoor enjoyment and beach equipment. We traveled with 12 year olds and 14 year olds and if you have kids in that age range, you know they aren’t easy to please! I got no complaints about being bored, everyone was happy with their space, and they especially loved being able to take our dogs. The host was wonderful and offered suggestions or help when we needed it. We would absolutely go back.

This is the perfect place to relax and experience the Connecticut shoreline. We loved the close access to the two beaches and the walkability of the area. The house is exactly as it is listed and we appreciated the split units in each room. James was very responsive and helpful and I hope to come back to his place one day soon!

Staying at the dollhouse was the best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had-because the house was sparkling clean, well appointed from beds to towels to furniture and decor and had everything we needed. Nick and Nick go over the top to make their guests comfortable. Newly renovated with a nice yard and deck, the little house is tucked into a quiet neighborhood in close proximity to all the area’s offerings, including groceries and restaurants. Other features we appreciated: Two bathrooms, well stocked kitchen for cooking, laundry. We could have stayed longer, relaxing on the deck with our dog, listening to all the bird life and admiring the beautiful flowering trees.
