Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in East Macedonia and Thrace

Two of us spent a week in the apartment. It is relatively small, no problem for two, but it will be tight for three. The amenities are good, full kitchen, air conditioning and very clean. The contact with Christiana was great, fast, friendly and flexible! Adam even waited for us, even though we arrived after midnight. Thank you! The city can be reached on foot in about 40 minutes. But you can also sit nicely on the terrace in the evening. The only criticisms: - The neighbors can be a bit loud and have a dog that likes to bark for a while in the morning. - The streets around the apartment are very narrow, finding a parking space by car can sometimes be a bit difficult. Overall, a very nice stay!

It was a magical vacation. Very clean and bright house, great pool with mountain view. A complete feeling of harmony with nature. The house is perfectly designed, with very good thermal isolation. The best option - come by car. The house is located at some distance from the beach. The nearest beach is one of the best on the island. It is very long and therefore gives a great choice of umbrellas/loungers with a wide range of prices. Special thanks to the owner of the house. Orestis is a true professional. He is always on call. Very friendly and solves problems instantly.

Marco's mother-in-law Sarra met us on arrival. She asked us to text her when we were an hour away. Then she sent a message 2 say that her husband had parked his car on the busy street to keep a parking space for us. That was wonderful! Sarra showed us round the apartment and gave us lots of info about the area/restaurants/ferries to Thassos etc. When we forgot that the key card needed to be in the slot for the electricity to work and messaged her about it she responded very quickly. She answered all our queries promptly. We loved the apartment. It was spacious, very clean and comfortable and the outside terrace was wonderful for relaxing on as well as for getting our clothes dried. Once we had moved the car it was impossible to get a space again in the street and we used the paying parking lot on the map which Marco had provided. It wasn't far to walk and cost only about €6 per day. We loved staying here and have no hesitation in recommending this apartment and Kavala to others.

A more comfortable experience than five-star hotels. A house furnished with pleasure, there is a great management team. Cleaning staff are also very good at their job and very successful in terms of hygiene

First of all, the location of the house we stayed in is great. It's in the heart of Dedeağaç. Transportation to everywhere is very easy. We communicated very quickly from the moment we contacted the host. The house is very clean and everything is complete. It's a huge advantage that the house has its own garage and porch. We were very pleased

Nikos Place was as mentioned in the Description and even better. The place was perfect for a family get a away. Nikos was very friendly abd suggested us variety of places to eat and shop. The place has a pet dog lulu which makes the stay even more better. Highly recommend this place for stay if you are visiting kavala

Everything for one's comfort and needs. Organised household to perfection. Fantastic terrace to enjoy morning or evening with a breathtaking view to the peninsula of the old town. Very good location regarding the distances with interesting spots. An appreciated tip of hospitality the bottle of wine which expects the guest upon arrival. Very good communication with hosts. The last comment is addressed only to people with mobility difficulties. In such case and considering that generally the town of Kavala is built in an amphitheatrical way, one will need a car to reach this wonderful apartment.

It was a very clean and central house. You can walk everywhere. The little surprises were very good. Comfortable home environment, clean. You can leave your car in front of the house. We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful and cozy villa! The villa is tastefully decorated and comes with a huge balcony offering splendid views — a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The villa is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay; the only thing missing is a washing machine to make it truly perfect. We loved having the convenience of private parking right inside the property, which made it easy for us to explore the nearby areas. The local beach is just wonderful, and the charming town nearby adds to the overall experience. Kavala and Nea Iraklitsa are just a 5-10 minute drive away, both offering large supermarkets and a wide range of dining options. If you're up for more beach adventures, there are several stunning beaches around a 30-minute drive to the south that are definitely worth visiting. Overall, we had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.
