Stunning World Traveler, Art Filled, Lush Garden, Eco Home

Prepare to be amazed by art collected from all over the world. Even the garden has an array of sculptures, not to mention fragrant herbs and fruit trees. As well as being sustainably designed, this home also has an industrial chic vibe. All beds feature quality linens that are fair trade procured. A very unique home with high ceilings and an industrial New York artist loft feeling. Lots of skylights and windows. Private courtyard with outdoor space to dine, barbecue, read a book, or hang out. Home and garden is full of art and sculptures. Restaurant style kitchen full of cookbooks. Guests have a private courtyard with a swing chair, outdoor furniture, and fruit trees. The home is situated on a 1/2 acre lot with a Mediterranean style garden with art and sculptures on display. Guests can help themselves to whatever fruit is in season (over 70 fruit trees in the garden, berries, and herbs). I am available and nearby for any questions. The Gardeners (Ernesto Martinez and assistant Benedicto) come every Wednesday. Friendly neighbors. 3 blocks to Palo Alto Nature Preserve estuary w/ walking, jogging, & biking trails. 2 blocks to large shopping center (Starbucks, Jamba J, Baskin R, Togo's, PandaX, Wingstop, McD's, 🌮 🔔, Supermarket w/ Mex restaurant, Target w/ Grocery & PHARMACY, Nordstom, IKEA, TESLA supercharge station). Miles to tech headquarters faceb00k (2), G00gle (5), Shoreline Theater (6), Levi Stadium (12), & University Ave fine dining. Near freeways to SF, East Bay, San Jose & Silicon Valley. Blocks away from bus routes and a few miles from the Palo Alto Train Station that has a bullet train to San Francisco. Very centrally located in the Bay Area. Close to airports (16 miles to San Jose International and 19 miles to San Francisco International). Uber and Lyft are readily accessible. Home has been featured on several programs about sustainable design. If you want something conventional, this is not it. Most guests have been start-up companies meeting with venture capitalists, people working for nearby Silicon Valley companies, people attending Stanford programming, and vacationers.

A completely separate private guest suite in a beautiful house, furnished with love and all the amenities you'd need. Also, super walkable & safe location, fast wifi, comfy beds, friendly experienced hosts ready to help you with whatever you need. This space is a private entry 275 square foot small studio with a private bath, connected to the main house but with no access to the main house. The unit has a standard sized mini fridge, microwave and keurig coffee maker with coffees to choose from, a very mini toaster oven for one bagel or one piece of toast, lite snacks and waters for you. Also a small table and chair set, small desk and a full size bed. The location is wonderful if you work at the lab or want to go wine tasting!
