Holiday rentals with beach access in East Patchogue

Jeannette was there to greet us and made sure we knew where everything was and that we had everything we needed. She even provided breakfast. Her place was immaculate. The location was amazing. She made our departure very easy. We are looking forward to staying there again. If you looking for a great place to stay, this is it.

This is our second time staying with Johanna and we hope to return in the future. It was a comfy home base while visiting family, and the host is always welcoming & a great communicator regarding house instructions, and available to answer questions. Happy guests!

Had a great stay. Jamie was helpful and responded quickly, and accommodated us kindly. The house is very close to the ferry, which made the trek with luggage very easy. The house is one lot from the ocean, and hot tub on the roof has a great view. The mattress was also really great, sleeping well isn’t usually in the Pines experience but it was a highlight this trip

Stay here was great! We were in the area for an anniversary and this place worked well for my mom, who is on the elderly side and can't reallyy do steps. We were in Flushing and LI, so this worked well (aside from traffic, but that's NY for you). We had a slight issue with connecting to the Wi-Fi, but our hosts came immediately to our message and all was fixed in a matter of minutes. Safe space, comfortable beds, easy to park and access. Thanks so much for having us, would definitely stay here again!

This listing was everything advertised and more. The location, various amenities, cleanliness, safety, location, host responsiveness and attentiveness were top notch! Our host made sure that communication was a top priority every step of the way. The host went above and beyond to provide a truly unique and memorable experience for me and my family. I am forever grateful and look forward to returning soon.

We had an event nearby and Brian’s place was a great base for us. Lovely and peaceful neighborhood. Brian was super responsive and reached out to us when the house was ready(before the official check-in time). Would def recommend to anyone!

Stunning Stunning! A must booking. Kathrin was such an amazing host. She was very prompt on responses. We had an issue with the pool heater system and she was efficient and prompt to resolve the issue. The space was incredibly spacious but also had a warm cozy touch. Really was a welcoming space. The surprise shed in the back was beautiful. Overall a wonderful stay and host. Exceeded my expectations 😍 Will be looking forward to booking again very soon.

This stay was truly beyond incredible—it far exceeded all of my expectations! The house was not only stunning and beautifully decorated, but it also had such a warm and inviting feel the moment I walked in. It was spotless, impeccably clean, and clearly cared for with love and attention to detail. The highlight for me was the serene back deck overlooking the canal—such a peaceful, calming space that made it easy to relax and unwind. I found myself spending hours out there, just soaking in the tranquility. Yoon was an absolute dream to communicate with—always prompt, kind, and so accommodating. Every part of this experience was seamless and full of thoughtful touches. I honestly can’t say enough amazing things about the home, the location, and the entire experience. It was perfect in every way! I’m already looking forward to my next visit.

We had a great time in David and Claires beautiful house in Bellport. Such a nice place and perfekt location for daily trips by the coast with stops on the way out to the Hamptons. Or a daytrip to the city, close enough. Nice and quiet location, the house is very cosy and a lot of space for a bigger family or perfect for family reunion. We loved the ping pong table and other activitites as the pool, jacuzzi and the outdoors. If the weather had been better we would have used the facilities outside more for sure. We would love to come back to the house again. David and Claire are excellent hosts, very helpful and quick at responding.

We needed a dog-friendly ranch style to home with three bedrooms and two bedrooms close to Sayville, where we would be celebrating Thanksgiving. I was lucky enough to find this rental which was clean, comfortable and ideal for our two-night stay. Adam was attentive and easily accessible via text. I would highly recommend this lovely home.

Holy cow, this was the best Airbnb we've probably ever stayed in! The place was extremely comfortable and had so many amenities for us to use. The bathroom was small, but Regina did a fantastic job making sure there were "get ready" desks in each of the rooms. The beds were very comfortable, the water temp and pressure in the shower was fabulous, the fridge and freezer really came in handy and the location was great. I did feel bad for the owner underneath us and was worried the entire time about my 8 and 5 year old being crazy and stomping around, but the one time she heard us tell the kids to calm down, she said to not worry 😂 We saw a raccoon, deer, turkey, squirrels, chipmunks and so many different varieties of birds. This was a welcoming location and would definitely be back if we come back to the East Coast again soon!

Great and responsive host. Home was lovely and we felt welcome. Host responded quickly to questions and requests. The home was very peaceful and relaxing. We really enjoyed the outdoor patio and pool area. I would recommend for a peaceful time away from the city.

Great little getaway, only wish it could've been longer! My favorite part was having the outdoor deck with a place to sit and take an outdoor shower (plus the grill but we didn't use it). Would definitely stay here again!

Met all of our needs to be close to family in the area for an event. It's very spacious and the beds are comfortable. The spiral staircase was steep and narrow, but we made it work. Thanks for a great overall stay!

the unit was perfect for my husband and myself and was in a very good location by the ferry and restaurants. It even had a rooftop deck to enjoy our wine time. We were close to the beach. We enjoyed walking to the different towns especially Ocean Beach which had shops and restaurants to explore. Anytime we had a question, we were able to contact someone to assist us as this is the first time we used an ABNB. We would definitely rent this unit again.

We had a wonderful stay! Our unit was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. Sherri was super accommodating of our family and very responsive.

If you are looking to explore New York for a few days or longer then Jay's place is great. Just a few minutes from the Long Beach station, Penn or Grand Central are about an hour away on a direct LIRR train. You will save $$$ by staying here compared with Manhattan. Long Beach is a safe, full of interesting shops. The 10km boardwalk is just a few minutes away. The apartment of character in a listed building full of charm. Loved the well stocked kitchen and would not hesitate to come back again.

If we don't give a good review, can we keep this to ourselves?! Patti was a perfect host; the views were fantastic, whether from the outdoor porch or inside through the French doors looking out on the water. Access to the small beach and pool were excellent and we were close to several good restaurants (many of which Patti suggested, including some on the water) for take-out during the pandemic. Wifi was great and everything was very clean and as advertised. We generally fly for vacations and long weekends but had to stay closer to home this year and this was a perfect choice.

The spacious condo was spotless and bright with high ceilings. Plenty of room to spread out. Communication with the host was fast, they were very accommodating. The unit was very quiet and comfortable, easy to sleep. The kitchen is well equipped. I hope this will be available next time I’m in the area!
