The place was neat and clean and the whole process was straightforward and hassle free. We are looking forward to our stay with them again on our return leg to Perth. Highly recommended!

We were so lucky to have found this amazing Airbnb! The house was clean, spacious, and incredibly well-equipped — perfect for our family trip. Our host, Michelle, was exceptionally responsive and thoughtful. Knowing we were arriving late with a toddler, she kindly offered to get a bottle of milk for us, which we truly appreciated. The pantry was generously stocked with essentials like bread, butter, pancake mix, coffee, tea, and seasonings — such a thoughtful touch that made settling in so much easier. The master bedroom even had an attached playroom filled with toys and games, which kept our kids entertained throughout the stay. The bath fizz and bath salts were also a lovely treat for them during bath time! We felt so well taken care of and really appreciated all the small details Michelle put into making our stay comfortable and memorable. Highly recommend this place to anyone traveling with kids!

A beautiful home, thoughtfully furnished for a family or a group to reside together. The swimming pool was great ! It's a nice place to relax, swim and chill. We were pleasantly surprised with a basket of fresh fruits in the house. The fridge and pantry was stocked up with the basic needs for our stay. Because of the fantastic accommodation we had a great holiday in Perth, Australia.

Our stay at Paul's place was so lovely! Paul was such a great host who welcomed us so warmly. He was very responsive and helpful to answer all our queries and also gave us great recommendations for our trip. A bonus was that his place has a spectacular view that takes your breath away. We loved seeing wild kangaroos just at the entrance hanging out and the chickens in the coop too. The entire place was so spacious and the kitchen was very well-equipped. Great holiday booking for groups and families. Highly recommend!

The first impression of the dwelling is good. The environment is serene and pristine. Interior is spacious and well equipped. Barbecue is a must, well provided. Necessary like bedding, kitchen stuff cooking pot, plate are sufficiently provided. Overall rating is good 5*

We have stayed in Aileen’s accommodation for 2 nights as part of our multigenerational family trip. The stay was one of the highlights of our trip. The house was exceptionally clean, well-maintained and well-cared for. The entire place was spacious and there was room for everyone to spread out. The kids loved the outdoor space and sports equipment. The house is tastefully decorated and is a sight for sore eyes. There were plenty amenities and features such as filtered hot/cold water system, ride on toy car, baby cot, highchair etc, that made our stay even more enjoyable. Aileen is a great host, she has allowed us to pick fruit off the trees in the garden. We would highly recommend this accommodation.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at Dianne’s home. The accommodations were above expectations and we would happily stay there again if we are lucky enough to return to Perth/North Beach.

Absolutely loved our stay at Paton House. Beautifully designed house with a wonderful cosy vibe. The location is perfect. Chanel was an outstanding host and was always so responsive. We are already planning for our next weekend getaway to Freo just so we can be back in Paton House.

The location, premises were amazing. It's entirely walkable to the beach and Cottesloe is a wonderful, luxe neighbourhood. Tania was super accommodating and responsive. She was prompt in replacing our bedsheets in the middle of the stay and communicated well and patiently to facilitate this and all the other queries we had. We should read the fine print, but hadn't realized we were next to a unit under construction (work started at 7.40am on one of the days) - this was clearly indicated in the listing though, so this was entirely our bad, but thought it was worth highlighting. 100% would recommend in spite of the construction next door. Thanks Tania for being a great host.

We’ve stayed at many Airbnbs across Australia over the years, and this has been one of the most thoughtfully equipped and comfortable homes we’ve experienced. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the hosts have gone above and beyond to make the stay feel effortless and enjoyable. The house is filled with entertainment options — from a pool table and home entertainment system to kids’ books and board games — perfect for families or anyone looking to relax indoors. The kitchen is incredibly well-stocked, not just with appliances and cookware, but with condiments, cling wrap, and even items you wouldn’t normally expect like a travel charger. It truly felt like everything had been thought of. The rooms were cosy and well-heated, making it a warm and welcoming retreat. Most importantly, all we needed to bring were our clothes — everything else was provided. A fantastic stay that sets a new standard for what a great Airbnb experience should be. Highly recommended!

Nang's place was amazing! We were a group of 3 families and the side by side units was extremely convenient. The place was spotless and made us feel right at home, with all amenities provided for. We had a bunch of kids and the availability of the cot, high chair and plenty of toys was very thoughtful! Location is great, and just a short drive to the city. Nang was also responsive all the time and catered promptly to our requests. Other than the lack of facial tissues and the air fryer that wasn't cleaned properly, everything was perfect! Thank you for the lovely stay. We will be back here the next time we're in Perth!

wonderfully clean and convenient property. hosue is in great condition for a short family break. Rob was also incredibly responsive and kind in allowing us to deliver some items to his house prior to our arrival. location is lovely being just a stroll from Albany str (with lots of eateries) and Swan river along with Herrison island. thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would return

Such a fantastic BNB to stay at ... Dawn has put so much love and care into this property ... Her BNB Guests are the priority & she has considered their needs through every aspect ... Double glazed windows through out the property are brilliant and create the most peaceful environment for sleeping at night and insulating against the weather ... There is quality heating & cooling in all rooms ... A new washing machine ... Comfortable couches ... Comfortable king size bed ... Security fly screens on both the front and back main entry doors (sometimes you just do not get this in a BNB) - loved these as you can open the doors for fresh air while feeling safe ... the car port is right next to the house and it provides excellent coverage for your car (a 4WD Lancruiser Wagon fits really well) ... The front garden is a little sanctuary and beautifully designed - very private as it has a tall, secure fence out the front ... Dawn is a generous Host with consumables too. We will be back x

My family and I loved this place - it's beautifully furnished and was very clean and new. Suria was also very responsive and friendly before and throughout the stay. The location in Morley was great as it was close to the airport and shopping was ample at the Galleria which was walking distance. Coventry Village also has pretty delicious and affordable Asian food. We would definitely recommend the place to anybody looking to stay near the airport!

My family and I booked this airbnb t stay at Perth , it was fantastic with walking distance to Coles and Kmart. Parking was easy and Thomas replied really fast to our request and attend to it asap. The location is super close to the airport and within 15-20mins drive to the CBD. The house has everything you need and honestly the pictures that Dayo posted on his listing doesn’t do justice to the entire home - it’s huge and way beyond my expectations. Arron and Maddy were responsive each time we needed help. The house surrounding was peaceful, easy to find with clear instructions given. Our kids love the outdoor play available within the premises and there is ample parking space. Great location with eateries available within a few mins of driving.
