Incredible location and space to enjoy ATL from. Would definitely consider coming back to this place in the future!

We really enjoyed our stay. Home was decorated very nicely, was comfortable for our group of 4. Neighborhood was quiet and located close to the highway to reach all of the attractions. Morgan was extremely nice and responded to any questions promptly.

Terry was really helpful, my family enjoyed the place it was like we were at home, and the little Walmart was walkable Thank you Terry, if my family ever come back to Atlanta again we will definitely stay at your place again if available

We had a great stay for our daughters med school graduation. Clean comfortable spot for our family. We were just two blocks from her home in a quiet neighborhood Easy walking to restaurants.

I had an amazing stay at the Trace. Everything was as described in pictures . House was free from dirt, dust, and clutter, with surfaces regularly cleaned and maintained. Very clean bathrooms, kitchen and bedrooms with great amenities. Nice outdoor patio. Excellent location, with nearby entertainment, and restaurants. Mark was a very responsive host and worked with me on my last minute stay. I will definitely stay again .

Guys & Gals, I’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnb’s. This one is TOP 3 of all of them. The place is amazing. Everything is top quality. The bed? Talk about sleeping on a cloud! Anytime I come to Atlanta I will be booking this place if it’s available period end of story. Greta experience. Great Host. Great Home. Don’t even think twice about it!!!

First off I’d like to say Thank You! Iris for letting us stay at your home. We enjoyed our stay. Iris was very helpful when we got there if we had a problem she assisted right away. Close to where I needed to be for my trip. And close to the highway. It really felt like home. And when I return I will only be staying there lol, if it’s available. Once again Thank You! We really enjoyed ourselves at Dels home. Everything was super clean, comfortable, beautiful layout, nicely designed, clean linens and most importantly clean bathrooms!! Would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat. Can’t beat the location.

This is my first Airbnb I picked for the family I definitely picked a good one .Tyrone is the best host, very responsive, I love being on the property so much we stayed an 3 days . Was very relaxing when I was able to come back from the VA hospital to shower and eat. I never got to sleep in the bed because I was at the hospital all night. It served its purpose. To come back & shower & change. I spent only a few hours there Andy made my process with this and my brother advanced cancer diagnosis easier telling me if I needed anything. as far as having someone on hand who said if I needed anything to let him know The only downside and the was my fault was I paid to much for the little time I spent there. That’s not Andy’s fault. Andy Thank you for your kindness and support!

Peaceful Place Nice Area and Private Location

Perfect place to stay in Atlanta, with almost everything of note 20 minutes away. Dionte was an amazing host and the property was safe,secure, and stylish. There are a lot of stairs but it divides the place well for multiple guests. I will definitely look here first for future visits to Atlanta.

We had a fantastic stay at Helen’s home in Midtown - it was the perfect base for our weekend family visit. The layout was ideal, with en-suite bathrooms in every room and great communal space for relaxing together. The location was unbeatable, the two parking spots were a huge bonus, and we’d definitely stay again if we were back in town with a group.

We had a great time in Atlanta. Allen worked hard to make sure everything was in order. The house is old and quaint and we liked the decor. There are a few quirks to the old house but they were part of the charm. There was plenty of street parking but sometimes we had to park down the street because of swim meets. The location was super convenient to the local attractions. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Atlanta.
