Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in East Point

If you are on the fence about renting a property from Avanna…Just do it! She is absolutely magnificent and you couldn’t ask for a better host. Sentral is such a great building with 1000 x’s more amenities than you will get at a hotel paying double the price.

The host was amazing. She made me smile in many ways I can’t even imagine. Her communication skills was on point. She was understanding about early check-in. She accommodated me in many was thank you very much for trusting me with your home.

I had a wonderful stay! The home was exactly as described—clean, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, making check-in and communication effortless. I especially appreciated the late check-out accommodation, which made my trip even smoother. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free experience!

Everything was great. The host was very helpful and quick to respond. The location is perfect and so close to many things. Must check out the aquarium, the Krog, beltline, plus many more attractions!

This comfortably humble and well appointed, very tidy touch-down space was perfect for a weekend of places to go and things to do. The front porch with rocking chairs was the best unexpected part-very nice porch. Place was spotless. We’ll definitely want to rebook for our next Atlanta trip. Thank you guys for a perfect stay.

Olivia's place was one of the most comfortable I've ever stayed. You want to be able to rest easily and well, in a place you feel safe in, and this place checks all those boxes. Everything was such lovely quality! For location, I was able to walk to the grocery store and restaurants, along with walking to my event easily and safely. Olivia's proactive and detailed instructions were incredibly helpful for being able to find and access the apartment, and she's 100% correct you should review them ahead of arriving. This has now become my go to for events in this area. Thank you for everything Olivia!

Felicia’s place was amazing and she was such a great host! The place was so nice and clean when we got there, and she was very responsive when I messaged her. Overall, I’d say it was worth it!!

The area may seem sketchy at first however it felt like home , quiet even with kids playing in the neighborhood. Frank was very proactive, flexible and friendly making sure everything was ok with check in etc. The staging of this home was beautiful and very thoughtful of frank to leave us water and essential needed for a weekend stay. I would definitely stay here again!

Stayed here for a travel contract & had everything I needed. The neighborhood was quiet & felt safe, & Cathy was super helpful & available for anything I needed. (As a woman traveling alone, it was good to know she was nearby.) The place was very clean & peaceful — I really appreciated the darkening curtains in the bedroom. I very rarely heard any noise from the other side of the duplex. Would recommend for any short- or long-term stays. :)

Great stay. house was well cleaned everything was around in the area. No complaints at all Atlanta I will be back. And I’m looking forward to for a few more stay here at this beautiful home

This was a great place! Less than 10 minutes to the airport and about 20ish minutes to local attractions (MLK historic site, aquarium, etc) and restaurants. Incredibly clean and neat. Check in was easy and host was understanding re: checkout accommodations. Would absolutely stay here again.

This home was very clean and comfortable. I felt cozy and safe in the space, and my friends and I enjoyed our time at the Airbnb after a long day of outings. The hosts were friendly and responded in a timely fashion. I would absolutely book with them again.

Tara was super easy to work with, accommodated me with a bassinet for a newborn & made the stay seamless.

Adrianas was very responsive and informative.I had problems finding the place and Adriana was understanding and helpful I love the fireplace in the living and the nice views of downtown Atlanta.Everything was just like in the pictures

💯 ❤️ 👍 ☺️ 😎 No problems, very nice. "It's a suite lifestyle!" I loved Julian's condo. Clean, and stylish. Definitely, retro feel. Its downtown location was/is wicked cool, because, it was within 15 minutes walking distance from, the venue where the show I was in Atlanta to see was held. The local flavor is one, of a typical downtown setting of course, and one that Julian has no control over. I worried a bit, walking to the venue alone. But, relieved, that most everyone I encountered was pleasant, or helpful and kind. Or just, kept to themselves. I'll definitely contact Julian, again. If, I make plans to come, and stay in Atlanta in the future.

The location is great if you’re going to the aquarium and Coke. Adam had helpful recommendations for parking.

I really enjoyed my time here! First I was visiting a conference, which was perfect as the conference center was super close by. After that I enjoyed a few days off in Atlanta. In this case it was great that the place is close to public transport, some interesting locations (World of Coca Cola, Aquarium, College Football Hall of Fame etc.) and lots of places to get something to eat. The studio was clean and as described. Anjel was very reponsive and helped me out quickly when needed. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Prince was a great host. His penthouse was pristine, the view is AAAMAZING! Walking distance to several restaurants and attractions. Highly recommend, 10/10. Thanks for your attentiveness Prince!😊

Beth is incrediblely responsive, provided clear directions on check in/check out, and kept household essentials well stocked. Beth did two things that really made this stay stick out that I really appreciate: 1) I had some delayed incoming travel, and Beth was both incredibly responsive and accommodating for when I would actually check in. 2) This is a great place to work remote. The internet download speeds are consistently above 250MBps download and 35MBps upload. I really enjoyed my stay!

This is definitely one of the best Airbnbs I've stayed at—it truly felt like home. Everything was clean and well-organized. Marcel, the host, was super responsive and went out of his way to help. I would absolutely stay here again!
