The annex is in Selby close to A1 and M62. Thirteeen miles from York. Good train links from London, York and across the Pennines. Good bus to York and Designer Outlet park and ride. Relax in this peaceful location. Hemingbrough is a small village with easy access to York, Leeds and Hull. The village has a pub which is within easy walking distance as well as local shops. There is a farmshop nearby which sells good Yorkshire produce to take away and also has a restaurant. York is 20 minutes away with its impressive Minster and other attractions including 2 theaters. A number of historic houses are close by which makes the Annexe a perfect base for exploring the local area.

You will have your own entrance and key to the holiday let. With self check-in, we will give you total privacy but are next door should you need us. Located just 25 minutes north of York by car, 5 miles from Castle Howard and 1 hour from the coast; Whitby, Scarborogh. We also have 3 other lets for 3 more couples, if you're coming with friends.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful farm-based getaway. Set in Dunswell, a small village just outside of Hull, our Airbnb offers one double and two single beds, and a large sitting room, including a television with a FULL Sky TV package; including movies, kids, and sports. The kitchen/diner includes an espresso machine, microwave, oven, kettle, fridge and toaster. We are fully dog friendly with an enclosed garden and there is plenty of space and equipment for children to play.

York Garden House

The York garden house stands under a oak tree in our garden, with private entrance. The garden, fire pit area (where you can toast marshmallows or use a disposable BBQ) and the glass roofed seating area/patio (to enjoy a takeaway from the village) are entirely yours to use. The garden room is also very private. It is a small, cosy & warm ( similar to glamping pod) There are electric radiators and its cosy on winter nights. It has two small single beds. Log burner is for aesthetics.

Garden Cottage at Ganthorpe Hall

Garden Cottage in Ganthorpe is located in this idilic hamlet with no through traffic, this one level cottage is located at the back of Ganthorpe Hall, separated by a passage and boot room. It looks out into the orchard and into the Howardian Hills. Lovingly restored by myself, you will find a space filled with books, textile furnishings and walls hung with paintings by my grandfather. 2 dogs welcome (the bedroom & bathroom are dog free).

Superb luxury holiday accommodation. The Old Stables is a stunning barn conversion set in the heart of the Yorkshire Wolds. It has space in abundance, with a light airy contemporary feel yet retaining fabulous features such as the vast vaulted ceiling and the underfloor heating keeps you cosy on those chilly evenings. The Spectacular bi-fold doors open out onto a lovely patio, garden and hot tub area, which is a fantastic sun trap.
