Peaceful haven of calm and tranquility, with the most friendly and helpful hosts, and what a view! We loved our few days at The Lookout.

We had a wonderful stay — the apartment is beautifully designed with great taste and attention to detail. Everything feels thoughtfully curated to ensure comfort and ease. The location is peaceful and full of charm, just a short walk to the sea and lovely local cafes. Louise was an exceptionally kind and responsive host — generous with her time and recommendations, and genuinely caring. We felt warmly welcomed from the very start. Thank you for creating such a delightful home away from home!

Great apartment that’s 5 minutes walk from the seafront and the centre of St Leonard’s. Very nicely appointed and very comfortable. I recommend!

We loved our stay at James’ flat. James left a very warm welcome for us when we arrived and had great tips for the local area. The flat was perfect for us with two kids, and is an easy walk to the rail station (and everything else in Lewes). A truly rare find on Airbnb. We hope to stay again!

Close to the beach and pier

I had the most wonderful stay in Carla’s beautiful annexe. The location is incredible. Being able to sit at the end of the garden in the mornings watching the sea was so wonderful. It was just so peaceful and tranquil and was exactly what I needed! Plus you can be on the beach in 2 mins. The Annexe itself was absolutely perfect, spotlessly clean and no details had been overlooked. Really comfy sofa and bed and beautifully furnished. Carla was a wonderful host and nothing was too much trouble. All in all this was a perfect stay for a short break away from the business of life. I would definitely return when I am looking for some time to myself. Thank you so much Carla for your hospitality 🙏🏻🥰

This apartment was one of the most comfortable and considered I have stayed in on Airbnb. Lovingly put together, the interior is attractive and detail orientated, and made us feel very at home. The location couldn't be better, we had a great time and excellent stay.

Dan’s flat got a great range of tech gadgets which are super easy to adapt to and the place is really nice, we helped ourselves to some beer and prosecco. Dan’s been super responsive and considerate. Will definitely come back for more staycations thanks Dan!!!

Deborah was incredibly friendly and helpful with any questions I had about the area. Her apartment is beautiful with lovely sea views and was really welcoming and comforting. We had a wee accident with the sofa and Deborah was super understanding and helpful. I couldn’t recommend this flat more! The area is super lovely, lots of independent bars and restaurants and only a 25 min walk from Hastings

Excellent apartment in great location, gated community, and facing the marina. Easy distance to central Brighton either via the beach, electric railway, car or uber.... Good local restaurants if not eating in town. Apartment was well equipped, clean and functional. Secure parking. A vey enjoyable long weekend stay by the coast.

We had a wonderful stay at Nicola’s flat. The space was beautifully presented and spacious - even more so in real life than the photos show - and was very clean. Nicola was also accommodating with our arrival time and offered great local recommendations. We hope to stay again!

A well located flat opposite the sea. It’s only 5 steps to the front door of this big comfortable flat. One big room with lounges, table for 6, a well equipped kitchen and a grand piano! The bed was comfortable and bathroom big with heated towel rails. A step into bath with grab rails. We loved staying here. Philip was a great host and left us a basket of goodies. Thank you.

This was my fourth time to stay at Dan’s apartment & I keep on returning because it feels home from home for me & my partner! This time we were lucky enough to have supper at Busby & Wilds, which is only open from Thursday through to Sunday. We would definitely recommend eating there, but it’s a pity that it is only open at the weekends. Here’s to more stays at Flat 2, No 10, Sussex Square in the future!

We had a wonderful stay in Lise’s property. The flat exceeded our expectations, it wS incredibly spacious with fantastic views of the beach and the pier. Lovely kitchen and bathroom. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a short or long stay in Brighton!

We loved the Sea Pig! Such a great location. Easy to get to and around by public transit and so close to everything Brighton has to offer. It's even closer to the water than it looks in the photos. The unit is smallish, but perfect for a couple and has everything you'll need including a washer/dryer and dishwasher. Kemptown is a great, very walkable neighborhood with pubs, shops, cafes, and restaurants all within a short walk. MEO a few blocks away on St James's Street is a great spot for breakfast! Excellent communication with the hosts and access was a breeze. We would definitely stay at the Sea Pig again!

We had a lovely stay at this lovely 2-bedroom apartment overlooking the sea. The photos were accurate and the view was just as stunning in person. As a family of four, we really appreciated the space—the apartment was very clean, comfortable, and had plenty of room for everyone to relax. The hosts were responsive and helpful, always quick to reply to any messages. Although the weather wasn’t great during our visit, it didn’t take away from the overall experience—if anything, it’s a good excuse to come back and enjoy it again in better weather!

Absolutely beautiful property to relax and unwind. The apartment had everything we needed to make dinner and fully enjoy our stay. Having the beach right on our doorstep was a massive bonus! We are quite particular about where we stay when travelling around, and I’ve got to say, this property is a superb example as to how “AirBnB” should be done! It’s to an exceptional standard , with much thought and attention to detail into the essentials and nice to haves a guest may require. The fit out is superb, the location is as equally superb. Immaculate throughout, something we look for when booking a property to stay at. All in all, a superb stay, great value for money and we will most definitely be back again. Beverly‘s flat is incredibly charming and tucked away in a quiet street of the old town, with direct access to the Hastings Country Park. The view onto the old town is really one of a kind and it feels like you are looking out onto a postcard! I had a wonderful time in the flat, the living room is beautifully decorated, the kitched is new and has everything you need, and the old town is only a 5 minute walk away. Bevery has also been so kind to provide lots of recommendations for the area, which I found very useful.
