Kirstie was extremely friendly and kind, always happy to help and extremely responsive and attentive. Kirstie’s place was also beautiful, very clean and tidy, was lovely having the Juliet balcony open in the morning watching the lambs and watching the world go by in bed. Overall, lovely stay, would definitely return.

Dog friendly, EV charging country home from home.

Carol was super communicative and gave very cleear instructions of how to access the property and where to park. She let me bring my dog and offered places to explore and walk closeby which were utterly breathtaking. Something I would never have experienced had it not been for Carol's hospitality. We shared tea before bed and she cooked me a very delicious and hearty breakfast before I left the following morning. Carol is so hospitable and accommodating in sharing her home, it feels like home as soon as you walk through the door. I was only disappointed that we couldn't stay longer. I can't wait to come back!

Entire home with large woodland garden near coast

HelenRating, 5 stars20 months ago
Rachel was so helpful prior to arrival and welcoming when we arrived. The house was perfect for our family weekend birthday celebrations with 3 couples and a 1 year old. Plenty of space inside & out. You would need a car if staying here as it is very hilly and ten minute drive into Hastings. Plenty of parking at the house. Great to have so many bathrooms too.

Cottage in Heart of East Sussex near Glyndebourne

We stayed overnight here while walking the Vanguard Way and it was the perfect place for us. Comfortable bed, great shower, a really good breakfast in the morning and within easy walking distance of a pub for eating out in the evening too. I would definitely recommend Penny's place if you're looking for somewhere to stay in this area.

Oak Framed Mini Barn

SteveRating, 5 stars5 days ago
I had a fabulous stay with my dog,the views are incredible and the surrounding countryside is so beautiful, lovely woodlands and meadows to explore,we walked for miles and definitely want to go back to see more of the area, great for wildlife, deer, rabbits,Buzzard,Barn Swallows, also heard a Yellowhammer if that’s your sort of thing. Romy was great host, very friendly and was available when needed but not intrusive, had lots of info on local life and popped round to help when I couldn’t get the cooker working, she soon sorted it out. Not too far to drive into Hastings,St Leonard’s or Bexhill on sea for the beaches or town. I can’t recommend this place highly enough and look forward to going back sometime soon.

Hastings Old Town. Seagate Cottage - by the sea

MatthewRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Where to start! The house is an old world charmer with all mod cons (and some not so mod ones that make it perfect). The owner couldn’t have been more helpful if she tried. Lots of local info, quick to respond before we booked and always helpful after. The house is the best kind of wonky, lovely beams and lots of space. Local shops and restaurants cater for all tastes & the local parking is plentiful and safe. 10000007% recommend this gorgeous home as a place to rest, relax & enjoy yourself. All the superlatives here

Willow Tree Cottage

We absolutely loved Willow Tree Cottage! We felt at peace and right at home. The area is beautiful and definitely one for nature lovers. There is a local pub very close which is wonderful too! Bizou became part of our family and we loved taking care of her. She was so sweet and playful. Overall, we were very happy and relaxed in the home. I highly recommend Willow Tree Cottage!
