Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in East Victoria Park

Everything was great about the place!! However one potential point to improve is the lighting. As the lighting was very warm, it could get very dark at night.

Really responsive and felt well taken off. Will definitely book again.

Mayumi’s place was perfect for exploring Perth city, just an overhead bridge away from the city centre. Great that we also had a parking lot for the rental car. All the snacks came in really handy when we arrived on the evening of a public holiday (we didn’t know) and many shops/restaurants were closed. The exterior of the apartment wasn’t too appealing but all good and cozy once inside.

The house was super easy to find, nice and clean. well equipped kitchen was a massive bonus too. Rami made sure the whole check in and out was easy, definitely recommend staying here if you’re in the city 🙏🏻

Great location close to everything. Kylie was very responsive to any contact and flexible regarding checkout. Would recommend if looking for a place to stay in a central location

A wonderful place to stay! Steve & Debbie are very accomodating and friendly hosts, with a lovely studio in Perth. A private and easy to access place with a perfect coffee shop and pizza place a short walk away. Plenty of places to shop for groceries as well—overall everything you could need for amenities. 100% would stay here again! :)

Nang's place was amazing! We were a group of 3 families and the side by side units was extremely convenient. The place was spotless and made us feel right at home, with all amenities provided for. We had a bunch of kids and the availability of the cot, high chair and plenty of toys was very thoughtful! Location is great, and just a short drive to the city. Nang was also responsive all the time and catered promptly to our requests. Other than the lack of facial tissues and the air fryer that wasn't cleaned properly, everything was perfect! Thank you for the lovely stay. We will be back here the next time we're in Perth!

Wonderful homestay, clean, well equipped and spacious. The only drawback is the toilet door lock, not functioning. The rest are wonderful.

We had a wonderful 8-day stay at this Airbnb in Perth! The house was easy to find and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The home itself is beautifully maintained, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights was definitely the stunning view from the second floor — absolutely breathtaking! The host was responsive, friendly, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. It was a very nice place to stay with old world charm crossed with modern upgrades. It was very comfortable with plenty of room for us to spread out as well. We had a fantastic stay at Urban Retreat @ Saint James! Olivia was an incredibly helpful and responsive host—she made everything smooth from check-in to check-out. The house itself was clean, beautifully maintained, and very well-equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a full set of plates, bowls, cutlery, cooking utensils, as well as basics like salt, pepper, sugar, coffee, and tea. The bathroom was stocked with essentials like toilet paper, towels, rubbish bags, and there was even a washing machine available. The house also had reliable internet, centralised heating, and a spacious garage that fits two cars. Location-wise, it's perfect if you're traveling with your own transport—just a 3-minute drive to McDonald's or about a 10-minute walk. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again. We had a very lovely stay at Nang's place, which is just a short drive away from the airport and CBD area. What stood out was Nang's helpfulness and proactiveness in helping us getting a 2nd cot as we are staying with 2 infants and this helped to make our stay alot more comfortable and at ease. Nang's very responsive as well whenever we have questions and the house has everything to make our stay more enjoyable. Will definitely recommend her place to family and friends! 😊⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Highly recommended, place was private, secure and immaculate. Mike and Luka where very responsive to any of our needs especially when we asked to check out late due to flight delays. Thougherly recommended Lyrics Pad especially if you enjoy live music as the hosts also have a bar restaurant, and underground bar with live music on certain nights. Chilled vibe good people will be back again.

Had the opportunity to spend two weeks at this lovely apartment while working in Perth recently. Plenty to see and do; ate out most nights at different nearby restaurants and took advantage of the nearby river loop everyday for a run with stunning scenery!

I corresponded with co-host Rosemary. She was extremely responsive and kind. The unit was great - we felt right at home the minute we stepped in. Love her kitchen and everything else in the house - tastefully decorated and extremely functional. There were more than enough pots, plates, cutleries and blankets, towels, pillows. Every electrical item was working well. It has been an awesome stay!

We stayed at Jen’s place twice during our time in WA. The location is fantastic- very walkable and close to some delicious bars, restaurants & great food at the Fremantle markets. Jen’s apartment is lovely. The building itself is older but the apartment feels newly renovated, very clean & had everything we needed for a very great stay. Jen was an excellent host- great communicator & went above & beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. We loved our time there and would gladly stay again!

it's hard to find a place that is both stylish and accepts families , but I was so lucky to have found Shey's listing. our stay was luxurious and well stocked with supplies. she was also very responsive and caring. instructions were all clear and accurate. appliances easy to use. highly recommend her listing - it'll be the first listing I'll book on my next visit to Perth :)

This is hands down the BEST AIRBNB I have ever stayed in. The host provides so much more than any other host. it doesn't feel like an empty house, it's decorated and comes with heaps of complimentary freebies; bread, milk, cereal, lollies, lemons, toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, etc. The cutlery was quality. The price is super affordable. I actually felt respected for once, it reminded me of what hospitality used to be like. I will definitely be staying here again!
