Holiday rentals with a patio in East Wittering Beach

What a fantastic find, so close to the sea, pub locally for food and a fish and chip van too. The accommodation was spotless and the owner couldn’t have been more helpful. We had a wonderful few days thanks and hope we’ll be back again soon.

Monika and family were great hosts. The apartment was perfectly placed to explore all the lovely places to eat and visit in Portsmouth. The apartment itself was clean, spacious and had all you could need to be comfortable. Monika and her family made the whole process very easy, they were so friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again :)

Stayed for work for over ten weeks great place to stay.

Great location for our stay in Portsmouth! The basement flat had a unique, cozy vibe, and the garden was a pleasant surprise, secluded and charming. Everything was clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

Great location which is at the end of harbour road and very peaceful. View is great and nature reserve is really pretty. All amenities were exactly as described. All the vintage games consoles et. Makes the place very unique and quirky. 1 minute walk to the beach which is also quite unique in the way it has been shaped by the sea. Shops 10 minutes walk. Pubs 20 minutes walk.

Thanks to Wendy and Barry for a lovely stay at The Hideaway. It is a delightful little place and they have thought of every practical thing needed for a comfortable stay, including some welcome treats! We have no hesitation in recommending The Hideaway for a break in Hampshire.

This was our second stay here. It is perfect in every way. The Old Exchange is lovely. Spotlessly clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Joanne goes out of her way to make you feel welcome and is a great host. We particularly appreciated the food and drink items that were left for us. You will not be disappointed if you stay here.

The carriage was lovely and situated in a perfect spot , 5/10 min to nice pubs , beach and funfair . The kids loved the alpacas in the field next to us . Only one issue , not enough cooking/bbq pots pans and utensils for 4 adults and 3 small kids but overall we had a great time and would love to stay again .

Stayed here last weekend for a family birthday. We could not have chosen a more perfect location or property. The amenities were perfect for a leisurely get away, loads of space inside & out. Exactly as described in the advert or reviews. All communication made for an easy arrival/check in/out and a very generous welcome hamper We were extremely lucky with the weather and sat the first evening eating & drinking outside watching red kites, hawks and the finale being a barn owl feeding in the next door field. What a treat to watch. The hot tub and electric BBQ made for an easy and fun evening. We did not explore as much as we would have liked but it was the perfect location for our weekend at Goodwood just 15 mins away. I cannot recommend highly enough if anyone needs a large space to entertain or just enjoy. I will definitely return to explore the wonderful attractions and scenery on another occasion. The clever architectural design has created a stunning barn conversion. This is complimented by the carefully chosen fixtures and fittings and the warm but understated colour palette. The kitchen dining lounge space has some quirky and rustic touches and is a lovely room in which to gather. There were some very thoughtful welcome gifts left for us and everything you need is provided for cooking and eating. The 3 en-suite bedrooms are all fabulous and the kids twin was accessed by a ladder, with its own shower room below. This end of the barn can be closed off for some privacy and has its own kitchenette, sofa and TV. The barn is warm and quiet and private even though the main farmhouse is right next door. The hosts are unobtrusive but there if you need anything. Our party of 6 adults, 2 young boys and a baby worked well in the space. We loved West Wittering Beach, the Itchenor Ferry and walk to Bosham and pottering around Chichester. The barn was so lovely that it was hard to leave!

Many thanks to Andrew for being a great host. We loved the accommodation and the location is perfect for the beach and walkable to the local shops and in a lovely area. The house is extremely well provisioned with everything you could need thought of. The pool table was great fun and the WiFi and smart TV made for nice relaxed evenings. We did not try the wood burner but the heating was so effective with clear instructions. the local beach is beautiful and clean and can be reached in about 5 mins walk. a perfect place for a mini break.

Roxanne really is a 5 star host. she made our stay easy and stress free. really felt like a home from home! the kids had so much to entertain them and it was completely kitted out with everything we needed. the caravan is lovely and comfortable. if we ever need somewhere to stay in Portsmouth we will definitely be choosing Roxanne!

This was the perfect short break in a cracking location. My teenage daughter and I did some lovely walks, sat at the windmill at sunset, sketched at the ruined Abbey, went to Chichester for lunch via bus. Everything was just so easy and the house was impeccably clean, with beautiful quality furnishings and a really welcoming feel to it. We loved it. Thank you!

The house was absolutely perfect for our family (5 people) and our dog! Charlie was extremely helpful and responsive before and after check-in with local recommendations and assistance with the house. He responded immediately when there was confusion over the wifi password (it had been changed!) and helped us set the right temperatures on the thermostat remotely. He also left goodies in the kitchen for us, our 2 children and our pup, all of whom were very happy! The house was in an excellent location and near wonderful nature reserves, towns, beaches and castles. We thoroughly enjoyed our week-long stay and would highly recommend his place!

We had a family gathering and the house accomadated the 6 of us perfectly and I like to cook for my friends an family and the kitchen was beautifully equipped and we were very comfortable. We would go again

Myself and our family of 5 with 3 dogs stayed at the property, and it’s quite hard to sum up the stay we had… other than perfect. This beautiful property located on the sea front, enables us to explore the nearby scenery and activities (crabbing went down well for the children) or make the most of the outdoor seating area and soak up the sun and view, we people watched all after noon and watched the world go by. Beautiful property (photos do not do it justice) and we certainly will be returning (neither of us wanted to return home after a relaxing bank holiday 3 might stay). Perfect spot to “recharge the batteries” thanks again Mandy, love the Bradley’s

very relaxing beautiful surroundings, loved the bedroom with double aspect views and bed was so comfortable. Great shower. we did find the armchairs a bit low but then we are 'getting on'.Good choice of eating places in the area. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We agreed with all the previous reviews, and would like to add, Elmer is a great place to visit, and the proximity to the beach is fabulous. Robs information was second to none!! The walks were breath taking. Our special visit was Arundel, the castle, gardens, and town were amazing. Ok, now for our one grump, the fridge is a bit small!!! i know, ridiculous but we didn't know whether to put the wine or the milk in the door, so had to drink the wine, and put the milk in the fridge....sorted. By the way, the welcome basket was very much appreciated.

Nice and clean, easy access from the back if you want to avoid the steps, roomy, modern and well catered.

A spotless very cute place. Thoughtful decor and very well appointed. Only improvement would be the supply of a little mop as it rained and it was difficult to keep the lovely stairs clean. It was impossible to abound a little water in the entrance. Other than that tiny little thing we loved it. I will book again when I plan my next trip. I found it perfect for my fishing trip as it is central to whole of the massive harbour system. Emsworth is lovely with lots of pubs restaurants and shops. Fiona was excellent.

Really lovely comfortable, well laid out property which was spacious and well equipped. The welcome breakfast goodies was a really nice thought and much appreciated.

This apartment really is a home from home. It had absolutely everything you could need for a getaway, it was cleaned spotlessly and was so comfortable! There was a guest book with all of the information that you would need, which was so useful too. We really enjoyed our stay here, it was a peaceful and beautiful apartment and would love to stay here again 😊

We booked the Lobster Pot for my wife’s 50th birthday. It was the perfect venue, location (very close proximity to the beach and restaurants). It was exactly as the description and immaculately clean. The hosts were very proactive before, during and after, which helped contribute to the perfect trip.
