Our stay in Medellin was spectacular from the apartment and its beautiful view of the city. It was very easy to get around with Uber, there is a supermarket nearby for the basics you need. Comfortable apartment with what you need. I would definitely come back again. 😊

Beautiful place and great location

Ruben and his wife, Yasmin are friendly and kind. We stayed in #301; there were 1 single and 1 double bed. Walls are thin and we heard neighbor's tv and talking. Wifi for emails was ok but too slow to conduct work meetings. Good hot water pressure; had to sit sideways on the toilet. The mattress in the bedroom sunk in, too soft. This place is 1 block away from main square and noise from cars/dogs are inevitable. Expect barking even past midnight. Note that washer and dryer aren't in the unit. At first, it was confusing about laundry since Ruben said it wasn't included. However, after some conversation, it was provided for free. The only inconvenience is you got to plan accordingly. Terrace with 3 hammocks on 4th floor where you can see the Rock. Tuk tuk to the Rock was 12K COP. Several grocery stores, bakeries and restaurants nearby. They also helped with getting a car to Medellin airport for 150K COP, about the same as Uber. Gooe for a short stay!

This place was a great find. The views are breathtaking and it’s quiet and private. Everything was as described. The 24 hour security downstairs is very helpful. I would love to return. Thanks Kata for an excellent stay!

My stay in this apartment was just perfect. The penthouse offers an amazing view of the city and surroundings, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the scenery. The decor is modern and cozy, and the space is spacious and comfortable for groups or families. The location is excellent: very close to Sabaneta Park, allowing you to stroll, enjoy the local atmosphere, and easily access restaurants and shops. In addition, the place itself has a very nice atmosphere, with a quiet and friendly community that invites you to feel at home. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a comfortable stay.

This is one of the best managed and best maintained apartments in Medellin. This apartment is beautiful and eye-popping. David and staff are friendly and professional. Love the pool table and the daily cleaning! Only watch out is it’s on the 5th floor and no elevator. Not a problem if you are fit.

Everything was as described and looks like the photos. It is really close to a metro station. There is free gym equipment at the park 1 block away where I was able to do pull ups and bench presses. There is everything from a pharmacy, bank, casino and plenty of places to eat, all within walking distance. In my opinion, this is a good studio for 1 person staying for a short amount of time and plans to not be in the room all day. I would stay there again.

Nice, newly renovated apartment right in the heart of El Poblado. The apartment itself matches the description on the listing and is even bigger than the pictures make it seem. Very clean, though it could have been better stocked with toiletry items like toilet paper/body wash and there isn’t any coffee/tea. The prime location was the best part of the place where you are less than a block from all that El Poblado has to offer. With this comes some street and construction noise, but it was all manageable. The hot tub and rooftop patio are other nice touches. Overall had a great stay!

Jose was a great host by being very transparent, also the hotel is secluded from on by traffic where Uber or taxi pick-up/drop offs make an easy transition, while also accommodating with a store within the hotel for all your essential needs. Security and Staff were very helpful and welcoming as well for an enjoyable experience!! Also having an elevator is always a plus!!

The apartment's location is strategic, close to a subway station, with access to public transportation and taxis, a step away from supermarkets, shops, pharmacies, church, gym, etc. I definitely recommend this accommodation. Thank you Daniel and family!

Everything is great, price is great, amenities are great… only single complaint is that the workers make too much noise from 6am to 8am. I understand we all have to make a living but the last thing people want on vacation is to wake up at 6am. Besides that, I loved the space and I am beyond grateful for $25-$30 USD per night. Will be returning :)
