Un super logement spacieux et très agréable. Nous avons eu des difficultés à trouver la localisation du logement mais l’hôte nous a rapidement contacté pour nous venir en aide. Elle était très accueillante et notre séjour s’est très bien passé merci beaucoup

Nuestra estado en Medellín fue espectacular desde el apartamento y su vista hermosa a la ciudad. Fue muy fácil moverse en Uber, hay un supermercado cerca para lo básico que necesites. Apartamento comodo y con lo que necesitas. Definitivamente volvería nuevamente. 😊

Beautiful place and great location

Ruben and his wife, Yasmin are friendly and kind. We stayed in #301; there were 1 single and 1 double bed. Walls are thin and we heard neighbor's tv and talking. Wifi for emails was ok but too slow to conduct work meetings. Good hot water pressure; had to sit sideways on the toilet. The mattress in the bedroom sunk in, too soft. This place is 1 block away from main square and noise from cars/dogs are inevitable. Expect barking even past midnight. Note that washer and dryer aren't in the unit. At first, it was confusing about laundry since Ruben said it wasn't included. However, after some conversation, it was provided for free. The only inconvenience is you got to plan accordingly. Terrace with 3 hammocks on 4th floor where you can see the Rock. Tuk tuk to the Rock was 12K COP. Several grocery stores, bakeries and restaurants nearby. They also helped with getting a car to Medellin airport for 150K COP, about the same as Uber. Gooe for a short stay!

Great location and you can walk to anything you need. Safe and secure, cozy and comfortable. Would definitely return!

Mi estadía en este apartamento fue simplemente perfecta. El penthouse ofrece una vista increíble de la ciudad y el entorno, ideal para relajarse y disfrutar del paisaje. La decoración es moderna y acogedora, y el espacio es amplio y cómodo para grupos o familias. La ubicación es excelente: muy cerca del parque de Sabaneta, lo que permite pasear, disfrutar del ambiente local y acceder fácilmente a restaurantes y tiendas. Además, el lugar en sí tiene un ambiente muy agradable, con una comunidad tranquila y amigable que invita a sentirse como en casa. Sin duda, recomendaría este lugar a cualquiera que quiera disfrutar de una estancia cómoda.

Un barrio súper bonito y bien ubicado, una zona muy segura, fácil parqueadero, cerca a todo. Nos gustó mucho.

Excelente servicio del chico encargado Yeison, muy amable y cordial, y el apartamento es muy acomodador en un excelente vecindario!

Have stayed here several times and have decided it is the only place for me. The staff are very friendly, helpful and always accommodating. The place is always clean and it’s so nice to have the coffee shop right in the lobby. . Best bed I’ve slept in Medellin and I’ve stayed in 5 other places. Thank you again for a great visit

My daughter and her friends really enjoyed the stay at Jenny's: it was close to everything, was clean and even had 2 bathrooms which allowed them to be more flexible with their time. The host accomodated them also when they needed extra towels. Definitely made their time in Medellin 10 times more enjoyable. Thank you Jenny!

This is maybe my 4th or 5th stay here. Very reasonable. Small and perfect for short stays. If you don't require a lot of space this is perfect. Very quiet place. The neighborhood is very safe! The neighbors in the building are very friendly and welcoming. There's also lots of nice restaurants and coffee shops nearby if you like to walk or you can catch an Uber which is very inexpensive. Enjoy my stays here.

I love the place, for the 10 year that I am visiting Colombia, this is one of the best apartment I rent, I felt just like at home it has everything you need, just perfect for long or short stay. ❤️

La ubicación del apartamento es estratégica, cerca de una estación del metro, con acceso a transporte público y taxis, a un paso de supermercados, tiendas, farmacias, iglesia, gimnasio etc. Sin duda recomiendo este alojamiento. Gracias Daniel y familia!

Excelente lugar para estar en Medellín, sin el bullicio del Poblado pero a 5 minutos o menos de esta zona. Me encanta que tiene techos altos y varias ventanas, esto ayuda mucho para la epoca de calor

Everything is great, price is great, amenities are great… only single complaint is that the workers make too much noise from 6am to 8am. I understand we all have to make a living but the last thing people want on vacation is to wake up at 6am. Besides that, I loved the space and I am beyond grateful for $25-$30 USD per night. Will be returning :)

La estadía me gustó, el lugar es muy central por lo que trasladarse era sencillo y eficaz, de igual forma, el anfitrión siempre estuvo atento a cualquier pregunta y solicitud realizada. El lugar es amplio por lo que uno se siente cómodo.

This place is a sanctuary of serenity, very peaceful, exactly what is needed for a comfortable stay. The host is super friendly and helpful, very diligent and kind. The cabin is neat, clean and cozy. it does lack curtains for shade during mornings and particularly for privacy as there’s is another cabin beside it so people on the other cabin can see you if you’re at the kitchen. Overall a great stay for a peaceful retreat.
