Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Eastern Scheldt

I stayed one night with my family, we are all very happy with the stay. The house is beautiful and with all the stuff you needed. There are many shops and restaurants nearby and it takes around 30 minutes to Rotterdam city centre by train.

The apartment is spotless, comfortable, and filled with natural light. Its central location allows easy walking access to both the city center and the train station, making it an ideal base for exploring not only Antwerp but also nearby cities. Highly recommended.

An easy walk from the station and equally easy to find, and access. Open key box outside main door enter hallway and the apartment’s front door is on the left. Apartment is very spacious, I was travelling solo but it would be perfect for a few people. Plenty of room for cooking and a large dining table. Comfort bed and loved the skylight in the bathroom. Jose is a good communicator, it was a very enjoyable stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Antwerp! Denise was incredibly helpful and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The apartment itself was absolutely beautiful—cozy, tidy, and thoughtfully decorated, making it the perfect retreat after a day of exploring the city. The location was ideal, and we were even able to park just 30 meters away, which was super convenient. I’ll definitely be coming back for another stay when I’m in Antwerp! Highly recommend!

very beautiful apartment and nice host! Where do I start? When we arrived we immediately met the host who was waiting for us with cofe there.The host was always there for any kind of questions and the nicest host ever! I‘ve never met someone this kind in my air bnb stays! The apartment was cleaned nice from the in and outside. Everything was very modern and we had very much fun with the whirpool and the sauna which was only for us and no other guests could use it ,so we could enjoy our privacy.From the balcony we were enjoying the prettiest view to the harbor . Around the apartment are nice bars museum’s and friendly people everywhere. The bedrooms are pretty big so you can enjoy your stay with many people. If I can come back anytime I would love to, so we are looking forward to visit this beautiful apartment again, thank you we had so much fun and a big thank you to the host who made our stay even better!

Absolutely the most organized hosts we have ever encountered! Before we even arrived, Kim and Michiel were helpful and communicative and remained so during and after our stay. They arranged someone to greet us at the residence. The apartment has everything you could ever want. We loved the work office, exercise room and balcony. The apartment is beautifully decorated and comfortable. They provide a thorough house manual and a things to do sheet that we referenced many times. Sandra was also wonderful. Everything about the home runs smoothly. The location could not be better! We enjoyed seeing the swans hatch and all of the local interests are within walking distance. Our stay was a month long. We would love to return someday. Thank you for the most wonderful experience we could imagine.

Wat een pareltje op loopafstand van hartje Antwerpen en in een rustige maar gezellige wijk. Over de smaakvolle inrichting, technische snufjes, brandschone kamers en home cinema in de breedste zin van het woord nog niet gesproken. Echt een unieke vondst op Airbnb en een zeer vriendelijke, snelreagerende host! Wij komen hier graag nog eens terug 😃

Great location especially if you arrive by rail - only mins to carry your bags. Being so central we went to the zoo on check out as our train did not depart to the afternoon. Chocolate Nation was only mis away and a great tour to do finishing with chocolate tasting. Kitchen was well equiped too.

Vincent was very responsive and receptive to my questions even weeks before our trip was scheduled. He met us right at check-in and showed us in, very friendly. The places was so clean, comfortable (king size bed!), and more importantly quiet since we wanted to get some good sleep. There was a small very well equipped kitchenette with sink and fridge which was very convenient. The apartment itself is located in a great neighborhood within walking distance of many markets, shopping, and tourist attractions. I would definitely stay here again. We had a wonderful stay at Dominique's 5th floor apartment. It was bright & airy & we felt at home immediately. The views are great & the large balcony is perfect for the afternoon sun/sunsets. There is also a 2nd balcony for the sunrise! And you can walk to the beach for these too, in only 15 minutes. The heated swimming pools(adult & baby pools)are a real hit. The large pool is very rarely busy. We loved it! You need to wear swimming caps, but once bought that wasn't a problem, as everyone wears one. They can be purchased in the small office in the pool apartment block. There are shops & restaurants within walking distance. The tram stop & train station are a 10 minute walk. We took a tram to Oostende & a train to Bruges. Fares are inexpensive. Kitchen facilities are excellent, coffee N'Espresso machine with pods & biscuits to start us off! A nice touch. Dominique is a very responsive & attentive host. Beds were very comfy. We had a really great stay. Just book it!!

Ellen is very nice and quick to reply when you need some kind of support. The apartment is very specious and bright, the balcony is a big plus. Would gladly visit again!

La description est conforme à l’annonce. La maison est spacieuse, propre et parfaitement pensée pour les familles. Le coin jeux pour les enfants a été une véritable aubaine pour nous, ils ont adoré ! Le jardin clôturé et bien entretenu est un vrai plus, idéal pour profiter de l’extérieur en toute tranquillité. Le quartier est calme, ce qui permet de se reposer pleinement. L’hôte a été très réactif et à l’écoute, facilitant notre arrivée et répondant rapidement à toutes nos questions. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Très chouette logement particulièrement bien adapté aux enfants. Le jardin était très agréable et sécurisé. Beaucoup d'activités pour enfants aux alentours. We hebben een heerlijk weekend gehad in het huis van Franciska. Alles was schoon en netjes. Het huis is erg ruim, dus we hadden genoeg plek met 8 mensen. De host is zeer vriendelijk en reactief. Zeker een aanrader als je rust zoekt en toch redelijk dicht bij de stad wil zitten.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine de vacances. La maison est conforme aux attentes et parfaite pour une famille. La plage et les commerces sont facilement accessibles à pied. Parfaite communication avec l'hôte. je recommande chaleureusement!

Wir haben Biekes wunderschönes Haus für drei Tage über Silvester beziehen dürfen. Sie hat das alte Haus mit sehr viel Liebe umgebaut. Wir haben uns sofort wie Zuhause gefühlt. Bieke lebt hier selbst, sodass das Haus einen hohen Wohlfühlcharakter aufweist und keine lieblos eingerichtete Ferienwohnung ist. Das trägt auch maßgeblich dazu bei, dass wirklich alles vorhanden ist, was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht. An der Sauberkeit haben wir auch absolut nichts auszusetzen gehabt.

Wij verbleven hier voor 3 nachten met gezin van 4. Onze verwachtingen werden reeds overtroffen toen we binnenreden in een oase van rust, vlak bij de Dijle tussen hoge bomen. We werden hartelijk ontvangen, Tinne vertelde met trots over het huis dat vroeger een stal was. Je herkent nog authentieke onderdelen en voelt hier de geschiedenis. De ruimtes zijn nog mooier dan op de foto 's, zijn smaakvol ingericht en brandschoon. Alles is aanwezig voor een comfortabel verblijf. De kinderen vonden de goederenlift reuze, ook het stapelbed, grote bad, spa-douche en grote tuin (zeg maar park) met terras, vielen in de smaak. De keuken is voorzien van alle benodigdheden, incl ontbijt voor 1 dag. Wij hebben onze auto niet nodig gehad, aangezien het station, Planckendael, het Mechels broek en eetgelegenheden op wandelafstand liggen. Sowieso een van de aangenaamste plaatsen waar we ooit verbleven. We zouden graag langer gebleven zijn en gaan dit zeker aanraden bij familie en vrienden

A place to stay for sophisticated travelers. The house is modern, hip and yet very cozy and comfortable. The town of Schiedam is the perfect location for traveling all around Holland. The apartment is easily accessible to The Hague, Delft, Rotterdam, Gouda, even Amsterdam. Phenomenal value! Would book again and recommend to friends and family.
