Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Eastern Scheldt

We LOVED our stay at Esteban and Joroen's. We had been attracted to the listing by the beautiful photos of the lush garden, the first floor outside decking , the bright interiors and the sense of peace and calm that was radiating out from the pictures. It was amazing to discover that it felt exactly like we had hoped and looked just as the photos but even more so. Such a peaceful and tranquil setting with everything we could need and more. We enjoyed three blissful days of cycling into Ghent on the provided bicycles, exploring the town and enjoying the food and drink options at the vast array of pavement cafe's and bars. In the evenings , after a stop at the nearby supermarket on our way back from town, we enjoyed the hot tub and then some drinks on the decking as we watched the sunset before preparing and eating dinner to the sounds of the wonderful assortment of vinyl that is on offer. In the mornings it was yoga in the lounge, surrounded by the plants, and then a cuppa on the deck

The place is spotlessly clean and the hot tub was warm and clean. The house itself lovely and a nice little neighbourhood. We travelled by public transport which made everything a little difficult. It was quite far from a supermarket and the beach was a little further than expected. I think if we had a car it would have been better for us. Ouddorp is a very nice town We took advantage of the facilities at the RCN park nearby which had a splash pad and bike rentals.

We were in Ferdi's beautiful accommodation with three people in May. This is in a typical Dutch holiday park, with some winding paths, but Ferdi tracked us down in the search for our house and showed us the way :-) The accommodation was very clean, the kitchen very well equipped. Overall, the situation in the camping park was very quiet and located on the edge, so that you could enjoy the privacy. After initial problems with the lighting of the hot tub, Ferdi was immediately available and came to the accommodation, gave us tips and also had more wood ready for us. Unfortunately, the weather was not quite as good, but in the hot tub it was very bearable. Overall, it was a very nice, relaxing stay. Ferdi was always available for questions and problems and was there to help! We will be happy to come back!

Karel is a remarkable host. Attentive, very available and discreet; he kindly prepared his boat for us without us having warned him very early for that and inquired to allow us to watch a football match (a special request from one of us). Regarding the house, it is incredibly large, extremely well-equipped, nicely furnished and has very beautiful exteriors overlooking the river. I highly recommend staying at Karel's and I hope to return!

We had a lovely stay. The jacuzzi was a real bonus, but the house and outside area are also perfect for a relaxing stay. The house was spotlessly clean and everything was new. It has everything you need for a short vacation. The grounds are natural and very peaceful with winding footpaths through woodland, a real joy. We highly recommend this property.

Had a wonderful stay at Nick's. Ideal location for a family or group of friends. Very nice beds and a beautiful garden. Also enough parking spaces and it was within walking distance of the center. Highly recommended!

A gem in Baarle-Nassau. Very nice location. Well-kept house and very large garden where you can completely relax or get together with the family. No one has to be bored in and around Bram's vacation home. Everything has been thought of. Quality of everything in and around the house is very good. The jacuzzi was ready for us and is really a nice addition Baarle-Nassau is around the corner with various cozy terraces and a large supermarket. You can reach Breda and Tilburg in half an hour. Recommend!

We felt super comfortable in Wendy's house, we didn't lack anything. Everything was very well maintained and very attractively furnished. Great location. The outdoor area with great , fenced garden ….. just great for our dog…..also for us:-) Thanks to Wendy and Dennis for the super fast and friendly communication and flexibility.

Had a great stay, wonderfully relaxed in this beautiful area! The weather was perfect and made good use of the pool. When it got a little fresher, the jacuzzi came in handy. Huge luxury!

Very nice house. Whirlpool was really great and also that there was a grill. Everything was very clean and Yves was also very nice and always available. Towels and bed linen were also available in sufficient quantities free of charge. The only small drawback is that there is only a small oven or microwave grill, which meant we had to reschedule our meals.

We were with seven adults and a toddler in the accommodation and had a very nice stay. The house was clean and well equipped. We particularly liked the layout of the room with a large living area and adjoining access to the sauna and shower. From there, you could quickly reach the outside whirlpool. The garden is sufficiently large and enclosed by a hedge, so you have a lot of privacy. Both the outdoor furniture and the whirlpool are covered, so you can spend time there even in bad weather. The grill, which you can book with coal, is great and we used it several times. The trampoline in the front yard is a highlight for children (and some adults). Communication with the hosts was uncomplicated and the exchange on site was extremely friendly. Overall, we had a great vacation and can recommend the provider without reservation!

it is an incredibly large and modern furnished vacation home with a view of the fields! even if you are with 23 people in the house, everyone has their own retreat zone! we cooked four times with 23 people in the evening and it always worked because the kitchen is very well furnished. the beds are like in a hotel, 1a. it is a pity that the seven-bed room does not have its own bathroom. thank you very much!

We were looking for an exceptional place to spend Christmas with the family as usual and we came across this address. It reflected all our criteria: relaxation, luxury, and nature. The stay was amazing. We highly recommend this place with a hybrid concept that during the holiday season is an entire home. The owners are very attentive. Nothing to say: go for it!

Wagma greeted us with a smile and was so welcoming. She walked us through the steps for using the sauna, fireplace, and hot tub. We loved that the hot tub was fire powered! We felt like we were in our own oasis even though we were so close to Efteling and the town. It was very easy to drive and park in the area. The floorplan was unlike any Airbnb that we have stayed at. We felt like we were at a resort. This place is perfect for a restful vacation.

The cottage is very cosy and clean. The sauna and hot tub are top notch. Wood is abundant. The beds are comfortable, so definitely recommended. Ghent, Bruges and Knokke are all fun to do as a trip from Aalter.

We enjoyed our stay at Quinta's place very much. Beautiful log cabin with lovely jacuzzi and spacious garden where our dog could run. Definitely recommended!

What a lovely place for a weekend getaway with friends. Communication with Evelien was quick and smooth. The cottage was clean, spacious, quiet and had nice facilities. Recommended!

We liked the place very much and we would book again anytime! It is all very modernly furnished and it was all very clean! The highlight was the hot tub! When the hot tub is on you can't hear the highway anymore! On the other side of the property, the property is located directly on the forest. We enjoyed the tranquility and the location right in nature very much! Yorick is a superb host and very quick to respond!

The fireplace for heating was great :) Kids had such fun. There were also chickens, geese, ponies, rabbits... plenty of space to play :) Fresh eggs available :) We will definitely be back 👍👍
