Absolut empfehlenswert! Der Aufenthalt war rundum perfekt! Die Unterkunft war genauso wie beschrieben – sehr sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Lage war super, ruhig und dennoch zentral. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Gastfreundschaft: Der Gastgeber war unglaublich hilfsbereit, freundlich und immer schnell erreichbar. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und komme bei Gelegenheit definitiv wieder. Klare Empfehlung für alle, die einen entspannten und sorgenfreien Aufenthalt suchen!

Great 2 bedroom apartment with a lovely view of the beach and islands. great bathroom, comfy beds, good kitchen facilities. lovely restaurants, bars and cafés along the beach. the pool is massive, and the garden area is really nice.

James had thought of everything in the apartment. Very well equipped and clean. He was a very attentive host and had lots of suggestions on where to eat and what to do. Location was fabulous - direct access to a beach which was ostensibly private. 2minutes walk to the sea food restaurants one way and a 5 minute drive to a great beach bar the other way (could easily be walked during the day but involved up then down which we didn’t want to do in the dark.) Would definitely return to this apartment and recommend to friends.

Perry is very good host, answer quickly. Condo was clean and bed was more than good, excellent, super, I was sleeping like little baby. Not far from Pattaya or jomtien, easy to go 10bhat buss goes both ways. 17th floor and can see loooong way. 10++ I seriously recommend this condo.

Felt at home here , comfy bed , nice feel to the apartment , had everything you would need in the apartment . Very close to the beach and restaurants / night market yet quiet . Nice infinity pool on the roof and a gym . I would recommend this apartment , shows you what you can achieve by making the extra effort with the decor , furnishings and all additional items a home from home would have . What ever you could think of this apartment had it . Thanks James for making your apartment so nice .

5 Sterne – Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert! Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in Yings Apartment im Central Pattaya Edge. Die Unterkunft war perfekt ausgestattet – modern, sauber und sehr durchdacht eingerichtet. Man merkt sofort, dass hier mit Liebe zum Detail gearbeitet wurde. Die Lage ist hervorragend: zentral, aber trotzdem ruhig. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und der Strand sind schnell erreichbar. Auch für Ausflüge und Unternehmungen ist es ein idealer Ausgangspunkt. Ying war eine großartige Gastgeberin – freundlich, hilfsbereit und stets erreichbar. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder! Great place in great location. The palm is a lovely property on Wongamat beach (North of Pattaya) with direct access to the beach and great pool and amenities. This condo has a nice view and all the amenities needed. Definitely recommend it to others. There are a couple of restaurants down the road for breakfast and lunch, and there are a couple of family marts (convenience stores) just across the road. If you want to get into the city center, you will need a taxi or car - download the Grab app or get a taxi outside about 300m from the condo. The taxis don't run on meters in Pattaya, so getting a Grab is sometimes more convenient and cheaper.

Jarvis is a great host. The actual room was immaculate. It had plenty of utensils, plates cutlery etc. More than most places provide! He responded very quickly towards any questions I had. One thing to note is the walls can be thin, so there isn't great soundproofing. I was hearing noises from neighbors but it was NOTHING to do with Jarvis' rental. I understand he has no control over who stays in the rooms nearby! Other than that, couldn't recommend this price any higher 🙏🏽

View yes was definitely amazing. unfortunately thats were it ended for the price you can get 5 star accommodation yes not that view. The beds hard as usual in accommodation in most of Thailand why I don't know. Unit lacked ambiance with its dated furniture and wasted space some doors squeaked some handls missing some piece coming of bathroom door to belcony not much utensils no cutting knife belcony floors dirty belcony glass never been cleaned lacked comfortable out door furniture with cushions more information on rubbish removing use of TV also bathroom bin had used condoms in it. unfortunately I wouldn't stay again or recommend this place to my friends and family..

Really, Great place. Great Host. Amazed with their top notch checkin and checkout Experience. One of the Best pools in the city. What we looked on the photo was actually there.

Nice condo, lots of restaurants in walking distance, 15 minute taxi from main part of Pattaya if you want to go but It was nice to be away from busy centre, pool facilities were lovely, steps down onto the beach, great for a romantic get away

Was visiting a friend on the same location site John had refurbished and it was high end value items ( bed, wall had noise reduction sound) Everything you need is within walking distance Super quiet

better than the photo, trust me. the sea view and the swimming pool is good. the gym is ok. a lot to use. the location is best for vacation, quiet in the evening and a lot of good food and convenience store here.

This was hands down my best Airbnb experience ever. Ss is the best host I’ve encountered—she’s incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and accommodating. The condo was spotless, comfortable, and had a fantastic view. The location is also ideal, within walking distance to Terminal 21 (0.6 miles) and Central Festival (1.1 miles), making it easy to explore and enjoy the area. Everything about this stay exceeded my expectations, and I will definitely be booking with Ss again in the future. Highly recommend!
