Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Eastlake, Chula Vista

Now this is the place! We had an amazing time at Peter's. We wanted to hangout for Fathers Day and we did just that. There were a lot of things to do in the home and it was not boring for adults or kids at all. Very homely. Tons of games! Peter is an amazing host. Very responsive. We had a smell issue from the previous renter and he offered to refund the cost of our air freshner purchase. We did a lot of cooking and the kitchen had everything we needed. Lots of space. Will definitely be renting again when next we visit San Diego.

Kim's place was perfect - just what we needed. We needed a dog-friendly, quiet place where I could work and easily access the freeway (my sister was having a baby, so needed to be able to move around quickly). Kim, was incredibly flexible with check-in and very responsive. Her place is pretty, clean, just as described with all the amenities you might need. It's a short walk/drive to food, coffee, groceries, and friendly people. Kim went above and beyond when in the chaos of leaving for work, I left my toiletries behind (including my retainers and some jewelry). Kim was next level - she went to the AirBnB to personally check for my things and then circled back a few times with her cleaning crew to reunite me with my much needed dental tools. Oh, and did I mention how incredibly comfortable the bed is - it was like sleeping on a cloud. I highly recommend her place.

Robert and Paola’s place was great! It’s in the heart of the city, close to restaurants and groceries. The house is truly amazing! Very clean and tidy. The kitchen has everything you need. All the rooms are spacious and really clean. There’s a pool and jacuzzi an additional and a great amenities . Robert is a great host! He prepared everything before we came and the communication was great. I gave 5 stars review! We’ll definitely be back and stay again in this place! Thank you so much Mr Robert And Ms Paola.

We got in super late for a short stay, but the space was clean, charming, and very easy to access even late at night. TV was a great size too, and had all the necessary streaming services. Plenty of coffee pods were a perk! Brita with water full in fridge. Overall we didn't really want for anything, it was nice.

Jodie was a great host. She responded in a timely manner. she was very accommodating and I truly appreciate it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The backyard amenities were definitely the highlight - everything worked well. The hot tub took awhile to heat up but they changed the water that day and by our second night it was perfect. Sauna and cold plunge are a must. Inside, everything was clean and tidy. Would stay here again!

Vanessa and Chris' house was lovely. We enjoyed our stay. Loved the back yard. Such great hosts they were. They checked on us to see if we needed anything. If there were questions, there response time was quick and right away. I will definitely go back again. And if you haven't been, you should go. Thank you Vanessa and Chris for making us feel right at home.

The pictures don’t do this place justice! The place is quaint and charming. Lots of windows, and almost everything you need to cook. It was nice to have separate a/c units because the 3 of us in our group all had different temperature preferences. The neighborhood is quiet and close to Walmart and other local grocery stores. The garage is a little narrow, so we ended up just parking in the driveway. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay at Laura’s place! It was an awesome location! We loved the vibe and the at home feel. Everything we needed was provided. Beds were super comfortable, and the entire place was very clean. Having a parking space was also very convenient! Laura was really attentive to any questions, and I can tell that the comfort level of her guests matters to her. Would definitely stay here again!

Steve was very communicative and provided clear instructions. The place was very clean, with beautiful views. The pool area of the complex was also extremely nice. Everything was just as described. This rental is perfect for those looking for a quiet place to relax with a high level of security. If safety is your top priority this is a good choice.

We had a great stay! The hosts were very responsive at all times and we had a great time. They had all the amenities mentioned and were very proactive with instructions and recommendations. As a group of six people we had a comfortable and great stay!

Our extended family enjoyed a wonderful stay at this beautiful, clean, and well-equipped AirBnb. The AirBnb is thoughtfully designed with lots of lux features. It is conveniently located close to activities around the area and had everything we needed to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The family enjoyed the pool, sauna, gym, and spacious kitchen and living areas — something for everyone! It was super helpful to have access to a washer and dryer and we noticed there were high chairs, a pack and play, and a stroller for those with younger kids. We highly recommend!

Beautiful property and surroundings. Loved all of the plants and fruit trees around the property! The pool and hot tub were well kept and we had a blast! We were a big group, I loved how many lounge areas this property had. We never felt cramped or like we didn’t have space/chairs for everyone. Beds were super comfortable - way more comfortable than you usually expect at a rental. The host was super responsive and it seemed like they had thought of everything!

This home exceeded all my expectations! Everything was perfect for a group - from plentiful towels and outlets, lots of seating, VERY clean and super cozy! - This house is so beautifully decorated, and the backyard is amazing! Liam and Mia were lovely! They were very communicative and responsive to all my inquiries before and during our stay. The place was immaculate and everything exceeded our expectations. This place was the perfect spot for my bachelorette party. I have truly not had a more perfect Airbnb stay than this one! The house felt so private and secluded so we felt very safe in the gated property. The management team was the best I’ve ever seen (and I love luxurious spots and I work in hospitality.) it was truly 5/5 stars. They were immediately responsive, they fixed any issues immediately and they were very generous with their time and amenities. This is the perfect house. Only note I would have is maybe there should be more towels available for guests - we were a little limited on towels. Thank you!!!!!
