Holiday rentals with a patio in Eastlake, Chula Vista

We had an amazing stay. It was a very beautiful home with lots to do around the area.

My family and I had a fantastic stay at Tamara’s Airbnb. The property was exactly as described—beautifully decorated touches, and best of all, it included access to a private beach that felt like our own hidden getaway. We had originally planned to stay at the Gaylord Hotel but stumbled upon this listing—and we’re so glad we did. Choosing Tamara’s place turned out to be the best decision. The spacious layout, multiple comfortable beds, and well-appointed bathrooms offered a level of comfort and privacy that far exceeded what a hotel could provide. When we weren’t relaxing on the private beach, we explored the charming local town and rented electric bikes from IB Bikes, which was a perfect way to take in the area’s attractions and restaurants. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful, stylish, and well-located retreat!

We can't say enough about the home. With nature right at your front door, you feel like you are miles away from the rest of the world. But with North Park restaurants and bars just around the corner, you can have a great night out and come back to the sound of chirping birds. Hendrick is a great host a his place is a little slice of paradise.

We had a great stay! The place was easy to find, and Janet’s clear instructions made getting there and checking in a breeze. The little welcome touches like cookies and thoughtful signs added a warm, personal touch that we really appreciated. The AC and fans kept the space comfortable, and private parking was definitely a plus. The kitchen was quaint, neat, and fully stocked with everything we needed to cook. The shower had good pressure and worked perfectly. Overall, a cozy, well-kept spot with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We will definitely come back here. Thank you Janet!

This spot was so cute! The location is in between all the fun spots, little Italy, sunset cliffs, downtown, mission beach. We went to the social bowl which was right down the street and such a fun time, Monday’s are happy hour $5 drinks! The rooftop at the bnb was nice too, especially being able to see the city lights at night. You can get street parking (wasn’t too hard to find a spot) for $1/hr from 8am-6pm or pay $20/day for their gated parking. Only thing I’d say wasn’t the best is the couch was super stained, so we just shared the bed which was fine. And the shower soap that is provided isn’t the best so just bring your own if that’s important to you! Outside there are some sketchy people who walk around but it kind of comes with being anywhere downtown. Nobody bothered us. Overall, great experience and would definitely recommend!

Amazing place, it’s a great place for a couple. Restaurants are at a walking distance. Lauren was really helpful throughout the whole stay with any questions we had. Will definitely book again when we visit in the future.

Perfect place to stay. The apartment was beautiful, the queen size bed was very comfortable. I needed some help opening the couch bed and Danny took care of it as soon as I asked. Everything looked clean and smelled clean too. We had plenty of bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths. The kitchen was totally stocked with everything needed to cook a meal or eat carryout. There was cold water in the fridge waiting for us. An unexpected delight were the fresh flowers on the kitchen table, bedroom, and by the bathroom sink. We only had one inconvenience, the push button lock wouldn't lock. Rosina & Danny gave us a key to come & go with. The landscaping was meticulously kept up. Lush cactus, passion flower, & different succulents made the garden gorgeous. This made us feel like it was our own little piece of paradise. Rosina and Danny were SUPER hosts. I can not say enough good things about them!

The most beautiful Airbnb! The location was amazing, it was very secluded. The hosts make you feel right at home.

Drew’s place was about a 20-25 minutes drive from UCSD where we were attending our daughter’s graduation. The location of the house was convenient for our purposes, and there were several local restaurants that we enjoyed trying. Too bad the malasada cafe was closed on Mondays, though. The house was clean and well laid out. Drew left clear instructions for everything from how to use the keyless entry to the WiFi password to emergency numbers to location of the gas shut off valve. The house was spacious enough for the six of us, and we appreciated being able to cook and eat in. The small back porch was a great spot to relax with a cup of coffee in the morning. We had a very pleasant stay!

The host provided excellent communication, making the stay enjoyable. However, the neighbors were quite noisy every night, which was beyond the host’s control. Despite this minor inconvenience, it was still a great place to stay.

The house is absolutely gorgeous, we’d love to come back again if possible. The balcony is cute, nice place to drink and chill with friends. We got everything we need in the house. And the neighbours are cute. We are so grateful that you responded fast to us when we needed help and it made things so much easier. Thanks again 😆❤️

Vanessa and Chris' house was lovely. We enjoyed our stay. Loved the back yard. Such great hosts they were. They checked on us to see if we needed anything. If there were questions, there response time was quick and right away. I will definitely go back again. And if you haven't been, you should go. Super 5,star hosts. , kind, generous, theyv went the extra mile for us. The hot tub was a great amenity , so thankful for it. . We primarily used our casita as a refuge for us after nine hours out and about spending time with our family who lived near. We slept well them. We were busy spending time with our family that live locally and we’re gone 9 to 10 hours a day for a whole week.A great location very close to our family so we could spend quality time with our three granddaughters.

Enjoyed my stay here! The location was great and close to a lot of stuff. The bathroom and kitchen were very spacious which I enjoyed. Parking was easy and there was always a spot available in the driveway or front of the house. Overall, enjoyed my stay and the space!

I enjoyed staying at Vivian's place and it worked just fine for my purposes. I was in town for a conference and the home is about a 20 minute walk to the convention center. The apartment was well appointed and I appreciated the in-unit washer and dryer. The home is in a quiet area of the city and fairly residential. There weren't many people walking around when I was coming back at night, which did give me pause as a solo female traveler, however I found the surroundings to be safe and had no problems.

Beautiful apartment. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen - all you need for a perfect getaway. Close to airport and so many restaurants including Little Italy, Old Town, and University area. Will definitely stay again!

It was wonderful. Diego was very resonsive. There was an issue with Faucet on the first day but Diego ensured that it was fixed on the next day. Location was amazing very close to waterfront, india st and all the happening places

Amazing cozy spot. Nice area in TJ. Great for families. The beach is a little walk away and you get the feel of TJ. Luis was great. Always responsive with questions and recommendations. If you are looking for a weekend getaway or a home away from home, this is your spot!
