This unique place has a style all its own. Designed in a Japanese way with it's own Water Garden, terrace and boardwalk. Ideal for a family and children will love The Garden Wing, but there is access to the Japanese water garden, and bedroom 3+4 have unguarded stairs to unuseable mezzanine bunks ( see photos). Shepherds Pye - Lakeside Retreat In The New Forest

Shepherd's Pye is a unique, 1920's Railway Carriage. Rescued from a local farm as a neglected frame, it has been lovingly restored by ourselves into a cosy, modern retreat on the edge of the New Forest. The hut is set in a secluded, private spot on our farm overlooking a lake. It is self contained and finished to a high standard; including a comfy double bed, heating, mains electrics and a fully equipped kitchen and en-suite bathroom, supplying all you need for rural yet comfortable stay.

The property is set in the grounds of The Manor House - a grade 2-listed family home, sitting on a 3.5-acre land with vast gardens, sheep paddock and a woodland. The House borders on the west with the River Test and has uninterrupted views across the water meadows. A perfect retreat for a family or group of friends who want a peaceful getaway with opportunities to explore the natural surroundings.

Set in beautiful surroundings, Oak Lodge is a mini log cabin built for 2! Step straight off the decking into your hot tub, enjoy the natural surroundings, visit one of the many local attractions or cosy-up by the fire! Oak Lodge comes complete with bedding, towels, fully-equipped kitchen, log burner, tv and its own wood-fired hot tub! Check-in days are Fridays and Mondays, minimum 3-night stay (please note, this may change over the Christmas period). This is an adult-only, pet-free site.
