Farm basement studio, private entry/bathroom

This special place is close to town. Entire private guest studio with private entrance. NO SHARED SPACES. Our house is an end of the road property. You have your own parking area and your own small patio out front to enjoy the sunset from. We have a small dog, 2 goats, 2 sheep, chickens and ducks, all generally a ways from the studio in other areas of the property. We're 10 minutes from the ferry, 7 min. to town & 14 min. from Moran State Park. No kitchen, but there's a microwave and fridge.

We are new owners to this property, and have done everything possible to make it a special place to relax and enjoy family and friends! Complete with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms (one bdrm and bath on main level and two bdrms and one bath upstairs). Bungalow 252 is a secluded hilltop cedar home getaway. Magnificent 130 degree view of the ocean along with Mt. Baker and the Cascades. Hardwood flooring throughout. Eagles, bats, deer and raccoons abound. BBQ, watch boats and occasionally orcas from the deck. Nicely stocked full kitchen. Wood stove. Tiny house on beach lot on Orcas Island

Very small (under 300 square feet), very sweet house for one or two. Double bed, bath with shower, LIGHT cooking, wood stove and electric heat, driftwood deck, partial water view. On same beach lot with larger vacation rental and you share yard and beach with guests staying in other house. Bring your kayak, paddle board and/or bicycle. As noted in the house rules, OUR BOATS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL. They are old and unsafe and the waters here can be challenging. NO EXTRA GUESTS.
