5-Star We had an excellent stay at this beautiful property in Gagny. The home was spotless, tastefully decorated, and located in a quiet, residential area with quick access to Paris by train. One of the standout features for me was the quality of the bedding—the mattress was incredibly comfortable, and the linens were soft, fresh, and clearly high-end. After long days exploring the city, it was such a pleasure to come back and get a truly restful night’s sleep. The host were responsive, and made check-in seamless. You can tell they genuinely care about creating a welcoming experience for their guests. I highly recommend this place and would absolutely stay here again the next time I’m in the area!

The stay was great. The accommodation was very private & beautiful. Jessica was also very easy to reach & extremely helpful. Everything was there, from dishes to pots to bed linen & washing machine. Even washing powder, if you don't have allergies, you could have used it. A small booklet in the living area also had a few tips on activities & explanations about the house. Unfortunately, only in French, but quickly translated with modern technology. Simply take a photo and have it translated from your mobile phone. The park is not very far, with views over Paris & neighborhood is quite quiet. If you want to go to Paris, for example, to the Eiffel Tower, it takes almost an hour by bus & train. But the connection is good & cheap. For Germans, the loud heating when showering was rather unusual, because of the thin walls. But it didn't bother us. We felt very comfortable and are very satisfied.

The stay went well. Guangyu was very responsive in answering any questions. The house was as described and in very good condition. We had a pleasant time 😊

It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. Well organized clean place to stay in a quite building.

It's so tempting to not give this place the review it deserves because I want it to be available for all my future visits to Paris, but Anne & Jean-Luc absolutely deserve all the accolades. This apartment is the quintessential Parisienne apartment you always imagined living it. Tucked away and quite but convenient to everything you want to see. Well appointed including decor imbued with family and building history but without feeling fragile or cluttered. Anne was incredibly responsive and accommodating. She offered luggage storage and provided her own family items to make sure my toddler felt at home. We truly felt at home, and my group regularly proclaimed it our favorite AirBNB we'd ever stayed at--we're already looking forward to future stays here. Thank you, Anne & Jean-Luc for the magical experience.

House well suited to groups because there are lots of rooms , which is nice. The neighborhood is quiet and there are a few shops nearby which is very nice. We had a great time at Olivier's

A beautiful apartment, where you will find everything you need, a pool that offers a little relaxation after the exhausting city tour and loving care by excellent hosts (always approachable, a filled refrigerator) - nothing is left to be desired. We had a great stay! The house is very clean, the kitchen is well-equipped with all the amenities you might need, and the bathroom is complete and comfortable. The location is convenient, with easy access to the metro going to Paris. Med Alex is a very friendly and responsive host—he replied quickly to all our questions and was flexible with check-in times. Very polite and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Excellent apartments in a nice little town 20 minutes' drive from the center of Paris. Nearby is the central street with beautiful bakeries and nice cafes. Everything matched the description, snow-white bedding, well-equipped kitchen, clean, cozy as home. Quick communication with the host.

If you go Paris by car, this is the place you want to go to. Lying on the outskirts of Paris in a quiet neighbourhood, Ludovic's flat offers a place to unwind while being able to access the city centre within 30min by public transport. The place was super clean and spacious. When it comes to communications, Ludovic was there to assist whenever i needed him. All in all, i would go back if I had to travel to Paris again

I think this room overall is very good.It is about a 15-minute walk from the C train station, and the living environment is quiet.Everything is provided in the room, and check in and check out is also very easy.Overall, this is a great value for money and highly recommended.

My dad had a great stay at Cherif and Karima's. Impeccable welcome, they made him very comfortable and are always there if you need anything. The accommodation is very nice and very clean. The bed is comfortable, there is everything you need to have a good stay and the small terrace is very nice. There are shops / parks nearby. There's nothing else to say. Thanks again for hosting. Very good stay, station about 8 mins walk, easy to get around. Nice neighbourhood and felt safe coming back and forth. Place is exactly like pictures. Will stay here again.
