Our house can be used all year round. It is equipped with gas heating and a wood-burning stove. The house is fully equipped. You only need your personal belongings. The terrace overlooking the harbor is generously covered, so it can also be used well on rainy days. Shopping locally in the Netto market with bakery and the vacation begins.

Relax in this special and quiet accommodation, picturesque village Ihlow, in the Märkische Schweiz (5km walk through the forest to Buckow), 55km east of Berlin. You can swim in the Reichenower Lake (3km) or in the Grosser Thornowsee. If you don't have a car, you can get there by bus or bicycle (18km) from Straussberg Nord station. All this in one of the nicest places in Schorfheide. The bungalow is on a quiet property where your landlord also lives. The guest bungalow is located off the premises. You can park a car up to 2.50 meters high in the carport, bicycles please at the bungalow.

Our double bungalow has 4 bedrooms, 2 shower bathrooms, living room with fireplace and kitchen on 80 m². It can accommodate up to 8 people. The terrace is covered and nicely sunny with a southeast orientation. There are two parking spaces available. The swimming area on Lake Grimnitz is about 300 m away and a 5-minute walk away, ideal for children. The Schorfheide and its surroundings are known for their many excursion destinations, e.g. Geopark, Eberswalde Zoo and much more

It isn't large but has all the comforts without being fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. Berlin's center and Potsdam can be reached quickly. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are on the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.
