In front of the house there are various hiking trails (GR 4, Trail... on foot, mountain bike, on horseback...) - Discover the Tardoire by canoe, visit the Old Château de Montbron, the Prehistory area, the Château de La Rochefoucauld, the Potager des Poissons: the only aquaponic farm in France with a sturgeon farm.

Small private island located between Angouleme and Cognac, on the path of the bike path "La Flow vélo", in the immediate vicinity of the pretty beach of Le Bain des Dames. House with adjoining garden overlooking the river. Numerous activities on site: swimming pool, kayaks and bicycles, large games room: billiards, table tennis, table football, darts, board games, toys for children, books, comics... The island is also home to a forest garden which makes it a true oasis for biodiversity!

Our estate of 14 hectares of garden, meadows and forests, with 2.4 km of landscaped paths will welcome you to Périgord Vert. You will find 2 cottages, 1 of which is perfect for two people. 180 x 200 king size bed. Beautiful fully-equipped living room. Walk-in shower. Large west-facing terrace, with garden furniture and dining table. Direct access to the large heated pool in season. Bathrobes and towels will accompany you to the spa (jacuzzi and sauna). House located in Veyrac, old stone farmhouse late 19th century. The house is located on a secluded property in a one hectare wooded park, surrounded by woods. -4/5 people - Ground floor : Living room with fireplace and pellet stove + 1 bathroom and toilet. - First floor : 2 bedrooms. The 1st equipped with a double bed. The second one equipped with a single bed and a double bed. Sheets are provided and beds are made. Towels are not provided.

The "La Petite Maison" gîte, 3-star furnished tourist accommodation, where it is good to spend time. Located in the heart of nature, in the heart of Périgord Vert, only 3 minutes from Brantôme. You will enjoy staying there for its comfort and tranquility, with its south-east facing terrace, jacuzzi and garden. PLEASE NOTE: Jacuzzi included for all rentals between May 1 and September 30. Outside of this period the jacuzzi is extra, on request.

You will stay 20 km from Angoulême and 12 km from La Rochefoucauld (15 km from Angoulême TGV station) The house has an equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle), free Wi-Fi and a parking space During your stay, you can take walks in the surrounding countryside. We do not charge a cleaning fee, we expect a contribution from you

The cottage is open all year round, it is heated. This accommodation has some accessibility for people with reduced mobility.
