The fully equipped apartment for 2 people is located on the top floor of the building from 1900 in the center of Amersfoort. There is a shop on the ground floor, and the owner lives on the first floor. The apartments share the front door and the staircase. The lockable apartment consists of a kitchen-living room, 2 bedrooms, and a bathroom with a bathtub. The staircase is typically Dutch and therefore a bit steeper; it may be less suitable for guests with limited mobility.

The guesthouse has one bedroom with a double bed, a seat and a beautiful view of the garden and the surrounding greenery. The sitting/bedroom has a box spring bed with 2 relaxing armchairs to rest after a day of shopping and/or culture. We will surprise you with a nice breakfast (included). Come to Arnhem and enjoy a warm and cozy stay.

Light and spacious, with over 50m2 there is enough space for a luxurious stay for 2 people. Kitchen, room, bathroom, separate toilet and bedroom are all new and luxurious. We have furnished the independent studio with high-quality materials. Just as you would like it at home. Although we do not serve breakfast, we always provide a refrigerator filled with some drinks, butter, yogurt/quark, eggs, jam. There are also cereals, oil/vinegar, sugar, coffee and tea.

The recently renovated apartment is located in the cozy Bottendaal neighborhood with terraces and cafes in abundance. It is within walking distance of the central station, city center and Radboud University and hospital. Parking is also no problem. The street is quiet and green. In the apartment, you will find all kinds of appliances such as a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven and microwave. The apartment has its own entrance and balcony.

On the edge of the historic city center of Amersfoort is our spacious, more than 100-year-old mansion. The top floor has been completely renovated and equipped with every comfort to be rented as an apartment. Through a shared staircase you reach the apartment, which can be described as cozy, using beautiful materials, eye for detail and especially comfortable with everything you need for a pleasant stay for a short or longer time.

Welcome! Our attractive house from 1899 is completely self-sufficient and fully equipped. Kitchen-diner, cozy living room, separate bedroom and bathroom with jacuzzi. It is located in a nice area, centrally in Utrecht, with a garden on the water and within a 10-minute walk you are in the center of Utrecht! You can rent a parking permit for the entire area from us on site for € 15,00 per day. (normal is € 50,00 a day in Utrecht!)

Spacious, cosy ground floor studio, fully equipped, tastefully decorated and with a wonderful sunny private flower garden. The house is located in the very attractive neighborhood of Wittevrouwen in a quiet street. It has a spacious charming private living room with king-size bed for 2, a couch and armchairs, a dining table with kitchen and separate hallway and a very small but newly renovated toilet with shower.

Centre and parc are a 5 to 10 minutes walk. It's also nearby the so called "Modekwartier". We have a nice 120 years old home which is big enough to welcome some guests. We allready had several guests from the UK who came to visit the Airborne Memorial places. Mind this; we are all vaccinated, we ask yoy the same and if not possible due to your condition, we ask for a negative testresult.
