Op 10 minuten fiets afstand van de bossen, heide en met de auto het Nationaal Park De Hoge Veluwe. De natuur is 'om de hoek'. Op één minuut loopafstand is er een bushalte die je brengt naar station Ede-Wageningen. vanuit daar zijn Amsterdam, Utrecht en Amersfoort goed te bereiken. Douche, toilet en keuken zijn aanwezig.

Berkenroode is perfect gelegen voor een paar dagen heerlijk verblijven op de Veluwe. Het ligt op loopafstand van het gezellige centrum van Ede. Er zijn genoeg leuke dorpjes en prachtige steden in de buurt om te bezoeken Vanuit onze accommondatie loop en fiets je zo het Edese bos in en de Ginkelse Heide op.
