Holiday rentals with lake access in Ede

We had an excellent stay at Anneke’s place. The place was quite aesthetic as well as so convenient with an amazing garden. Our 3 year old daughter especially enjoyed the trampoline and the swing in the garden. The location was really apt, we could do day trips to Amsterdam, Zaanse Schans, Hague, Utrecht, Haarlem. Overall a lovely stay. Would definitely recommend.

Great place to stay for our party of 5. Right on the lake but a short 10 minute walk to town and eating places. We loved our stay here

We had a really nice stay at Nicolette's place. Perfectly situated to visit the "Groene Hart" of the Netherlands or go to Gouda, Utrecht… by bike. The house is on the beautiful river Vecht and is in a very quiet environment. Nicolette is also a very friendly and flexible host

We are two sisters and spent 3 nights in the beautiful chalet. We liked it very much. It is modernly furnished and we loved the winter garden with the hammock. Everything was very clean and we lacked nothing. The landlord was very friendly. We can recommend this chalet 100%.

Together with mother and 3 sisters had a pleasant time. Being able to be together in a well cared for house in a nice, quiet area.

We had a lovely stay, very nice house and clean. The area is very tranquil with lots of options for a nice walk. The neighboring towns have nice restaurants along the Rijn! We would definitely book again 🤗

The accommodation was exactly as described and shown in the photos. We received a lot of information in advance. Host Annette is helpful and generous. We were allowed to use everything in the house and around, even the bicycles, etc. The cottage is very cozy and furnished to a high standard. Of course, it is a bit noisy in terms of structure, but there are earplugs for that.

I can't say enough positive things about our stay at Kevin and Kim's beautiful home. The place was fantastic and exactly as advertised. We felt right at home immediately in their immaculately clean home. It had everything we needed for a quick getaway. It was close to busses, the grocery store and the lovely shops and promenade in Volendam on the water. Amsterdam was only a 20 minute bus ride. Kevin greeted us with a smile and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Truly a great experience. I would book with Kevin and Kim in a heartbeat again should our travels return to Volendam.

A wonderful home away from home. Great size beds, comfortable add ons, large dining room table. Water views and a short walk from Harderwijk town centre. Dennis was really flexible with our check in as we got held up but that didn’t bother him. Highly recommend and we cannot wait to return!!

the neighborhood is quiet and very nice

It was one of the best apartments we stayed at. It was clean, beautiful and has a great view. Everything was just perfect. Amsterdam is not very far with the car. The sorroundings were beautiful. Almere is a wonderful small city, that we never visited before. Will definitely book Kevin's place When we visit Amsterdam again. Kevin is a very good host and was very responsive. Five stars are just too less.

Peggy was incredibly kind and accommodating throughout the entire process, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The apartment was very well equipped and had a beautiful view, making it a truly memorable stay. I would highly recommend it!

The house was clean and exactly as described, the surroundings very nice. Unfortunately, it rained heavily during our vacation. Of course, no one can control the weather. We would definitely come.

We had four great days in the accommodation (three of us). The location of the accommodation is excellent, in a busy area and yet somewhat secluded, as it is above the harbor basin. The view from the roof terrace is super beautiful in the morning, as well as in the evening. Spacious apartment with space. In the kitchen block, a few things are missing (cutting board, sieve) and there is no real oven, only a large multifunctional device with grill function and microwave. The excursion destinations are super diverse and there is something for everyone (sporting activities on the water and outside), trips to Amsterdam or Utrecht, bike tours, museums... Catherine or the colleagues from the port office are always available during the day if you have any questions. Note: The accommodation can only be reached via an external spiral staircase. What an amazing place to stay it with kids, there was so much space around the lodge which all felt really safe to let them explore different activities. There was a quite a few groups there but it was never noisy or overcrowded. The lodges were really cool and different to what we stayed in previously, it did go a little cold one of the nights we were there but they were still comfortable and nice (you can rent heaters if needed). We would 100% come back in the future if we travel that way again. We went for a trip to Amsterdam which was easy to get to and Sprookjeswonderland which I would recommend too with children under 6/7

Lovely stay at Rudis cottage.After two weeks travelling around Europe we wanted a couple of night to relax and this was the perfect place. The cottage had everything we needed for our stay and Rudi even brought us a fan when the temps hit 31 and the place was so hot. We were lucky to have a storm and be able to watch out over the nature reserve was amazing. We also ate at De Heeren van Maarssen nearby and the food was beautiful.

Would highly recommend this house in Nijkerk. The house itself is lovely and very comfortable. Check-in was very easy and Edgar was very responsive to the one issue we had and it was resolved incredibly quickly. The e-bikes that are available for your use are brilliant and we made good use of them cycling to the local town etc. The park is lovely and very quiet. We really enjoyed the pool. Nijkerk is a lovely town with plenty shops and restaurants. There is also a fantastic restaurant across the road from the park if you want to treat yourself to a gourmet lunch/dinner. It is called Het Sluishuys. This is a great place to base yourself to go to amersfoort and utrect which are very close by car.

Best location for access to Edam. Steps away from the cheese market. Ample parking for an SUV. Bathroom on par with American standards - nicer than most European bathrooms. Washer and dryer are full capacity. Enough sleeping space for a family of six. Playground in front of house. Hosts nice and responsive. Cobbled roads and narrow homes do make Edam not ADA friendly like much of Europe.

It is a beautiful accommodation with a view directly of the lake. The accommodation is small but it offers everything you need and we felt very comfortable from the first moment. There is also a parking lot directly opposite and very good restaurants and shopping nearby. It was a dream to wake up every day with a view of the lake. If the weather is good, you can also go swimming there. Will definitely be back :)

Mechteld and Remco welcomed us wonderfully to the accommodation and picked us up by boat. The location of the house is perfect for a quiet and above all relaxing vacation by the lake. The house can only be reached by boat. There were four of us traveling and we all had enough space in the house. We were allowed to use everything the shed had to offer and were busy every day with boating, paddle boarding or swimming. We had a wonderful stay there and enjoyed the days on the terrace very much. In addition, day trips to Amsterdam or Utrecht are highly recommended, as it is never more than 30 minutes by car. Will definitely visit again.
