Built in 1759 and situated in its own grounds on a former part of the Craigiehall Estate, it's Grade A listed for its stunning portico displaying the arms of the 1st Marquess of Annandale. Our lovely mews house is on a cobbled street in the centre of the city, just behind Picardy Place & York Place. It's a new build property, beautifully finished in an eclectic modern style with high quality furnishings. Each bedroom is on its own floor with its own shower room. The lower ground floor bedroom has patio doors opening out onto the house's peaceful patio garden space. The lounge, kitchen & diner are on the first floor, which is a beautiful light space with mezzanine. A rare property.

Beautifully furnished two-bedroom apartment in a central, but quiet, location, and within walking distance of most tourist attractions. If the hills are too much, a good bus service is nearby. The apartment is very comfortable - a real home from home. I live in the same building, so I'm available if you need help or advice. PARKING: you MUST let me know if you plan to bring a car BEFORE booking. The available parking won't suit everyone.
