4 bedroom, 3 bath coastal cottage in gated resort community, just a few blocks to the ocean. This cottage is tucked among mature coastal foliage at the end of a private cul-de-sac. Low country rocking porch on entrance, screen porch and two sundecks on rear that are perfect for relaxing and enjoying the wildlife and foliage. Hardwood floors throughout, cathedral ceiling in living room, smooth ceilings and upscale appliances with TVs in every bedroom. .4 miles - nearest beach access (21 or 22)

Secluded, Spacious Edisto Beach Walk Home "Chaika"

The Chaika is a lovely house on a secluded lot at the end of a street with no other house adjacent and no thru traffic. Beautiful live oak in front gives a nice view out the glassed-in porch. Only a short 5-minute walk to the beach on a rarely-used sandy drive. 5-minute drive to St. Helena sound for calmer waters and great beach combing. Chaika means "seagull" in Russian - read the owner bio for info on why that name. A great house for families and friends to connect! And we are pet friendly.

Two upstairs bedrooms, each with a queen size bed, a private bath and a TV in each bedroom. Open space living and dining area join a fully stocked kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired. Enjoy the lulling sounds of the ocean while deer watching on both the front and back decks.

The Rooney Bin has a spacious floor plan to all the extras that will make a lovely reminder that you are at the beach. There is a picnic area under the house with a picnic table, fan, rocking chairs and two swings to enjoy. Minimum age for renter: 25 ALL LINENS INCLUDED.
