Close to the Edmonds ferry, this daylight basement space with a view of the Puget Sound is light and airy, with a full fireplace, living room, separate bedroom, full bath, washer and dryer, private patio & firepit, small "kitchen" area with limited cooking equipment, and private separate entrance. Within walking distance to shops, and restaurants (.75 miles downhill - all uphill on the way back).

The place was clean and well appointed, very comfortable. Because bottom level of house lots of noise for an hour or so end of each day but it didn't last long. response to text questions immediate. I felt safe and had everything i needed in order to do paperwork at the place. Location had perfect access to freeway and businesses I needed to see. Recommend for anyone.

I must say I had a really good time during my stay. The house is pretty close to QFC as well as light rail station. Kitchen was equipped with everything I needed. My room although small was clean and without any issues. The bathroom didn't have a mirror above the sink which I found unusual, but other then that it was completely fine. The rules applied in the house are all resonable. The host was very responsive, helpful and overall friendly. Price was great as well. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay.

The place was really clean. The hosts offerred support in anyway "upon request." The best part for me was that they didn't bother thier guests with generosity or other. We just wanted a place to sleep and come and go... not company and/or conversation. That is what we got. Thanks Lillian, I will utilize this place in the future!
